Under article 226, can a Judge of high court evaluate the order of his coordinate bench on the issue decided earlier while interfering in the findings of award of the labour court.

In a great fraud case a company of England Shah textile corporation Menchester UK IN 1992 an investigation u/s 420/467/468/409 IPC is pending. 3 directors of above company had the address of company but that company is dissolved in 1994 is dissolved .High commissioner London check all possible means to search this company but at above address a new office of another nature is running from 1994 and telephone no also using by different persons .There is no correct address of the 3 directors except their names .In this case may prosecution apply for Rogatory request through concerning court or for extradition.

I have got an interesting problem.
1.Whether the government for appointment of its posts, can fix quote between Direct Recruitment and Promotion?
2. Whether it can have three modes of appointment i.e., Direct recruitment, promotion and one more, BY TRANSFER FROM LOWER CADRE basing on higher educational qualification?

1)Plz guide me whats the difference between Nationality & Citizenship in India?
2)My parents were born in nepal, but i am born in india DOB - 26.06.1983.So, what should my status,is it Nationality of india or Citizen of india?
3)As i am facing problem to apply for indian passport, as they are asking for my parents nationality.
4)Is it necessary to provide parents doc's to apply for your own passport?
Plz guide me in this matter along with proper ACTS/LAWS to prove it.

Port Authorities had allotted lands on lease basis for development. The said leases were expired. Inspite of in ascending order only targeted lessees are evicted by port authorities and rest are enjoying inspite of leases were expired.
Is it not discrimination?
