Hi,
Madras High court imposed stay on campus recruitment by public sector companies,but now public sector banks like Bank of Baroda,Punjab national bank etc has started their own course with Manipal university to Probationary officers post. This course for Post Grad. diploma in banking management which is of 1 year duration and they are offering guarantee placement with those students. This is one again against Act Right to equality ( fundamental rights recognised by the constitution ). Can we fill PIL against this.

I would like to request your honour that to stop harassment from Administration & Directors NSI Kanpur, because the administration are not advertise one post of Jr. Technical Officer (ST) reserved for scheduled caste candidate which is lying vacant since 22.08.2006. Posts of Jr. Technical Officer (ST) which belongs to OBC & GENERAL candidate and has vacant since 01.04.2010 are advertised through UPSC, New Delhi in the January, 2012 in the Employment News and general candidate post are likely to be filled up by the UPSC.
Now you are requested to please provide us ruling & orders if any from CAT / High Court / Supream Court etc. against not to
advertise first the post Jr. Technical Officer (ST) which is reserved for scheduled caste since22.08.2012.

I have been offered a job by a company and they have asked if i have ever been arrested.. Am i bound to disclose this and what can happen if i dont.. Does any law can prevent me from not disclosing this information.. And can they take this offer back if i disclose this.. Can i be protected constitutionally so that my employment is not terminated just because of being under trial?

How long can a stay order issued by the honourable court holds good.How can they get vacated.Once vacated does the earlier judgment comes into force.Please advice.
This is regarding a stay order issued by the court for holding payment of Electrical charges to Governament.
