3. What are the documents to be sent for getting provisional certificate ?
RTI fee of Rs. 10 is being submitted herein. Please send any intimation or information by Regd post / speed post . I am ready to pay additional charges as per provisions of RTI Act . TATA DOCOMO has filed a petition in LOK adalat regarding bill settlement which I say is illegal and not correct. First time I appear before Permanent LOK Adalat, Bangalore was 25th Feb 2011. Petitioner didn't brought the bills as a proof to claim the disputed amount. I had opted for appeal and the next date given to me is 25th March 2011.
Since I have all the proof that bills are not genuine and there are irregularities in bill, I would like to go for consumer forum for this fraudulent act of TATA DOCOMO.
Please advice is it possible that before verdict is given from LOK Adalat, a parallel petition can be filed in Consumer Forum.
I am being not given any proof that I have appeared before the LOK Adalat on 25th Feb 2011, and officials refused to make a note that claimant (TATA DOCOMO) has not bought any proofs.
Please tell me what are my rights when appearing for the next hearing on 25th March 2011.

What is the time limit to get terminal dies from the employer as per law?
If there is any judgment regarding the same, Please provide ma a copy of the same on my mail ID or tell from where/which website I can get the copy

If name of person for example is Ravi Kumar Yadav on driving license, PAN Card etc. and writes his name as Ravi Kumar or R. Kumar in his RTI application and/or Writ/PIL Petition to safeguard his caste identity to avoid bias and prejudice. Is he committing any offense?

Dear LD friends
As per the Indian Contract Act contracts entered between two parties if is one sided then such contract would be null and void. Most of the Bonds are one sided.
In India Bond is illegal w.r.t employment since as per the Indian Statute, bonded labor system was long abolished and no bond can force any person to work against the employees wishes.
Article 19 of Indian Constitution talks of fundamental rights, as per the Article 19 the Constitution the write work is a fundamental right, and under no circumstance does the Fundamental rights under Article 19 be waived by any person nor can any person be forced to do something that amounting to the violation of the rights mentioned under Article 19.
Let me know is this right or wrong my view.
