Sir,
I am a student of IGNOU and my enrollment No. is xxxxxxx & programm Code BCOMAF .
Kindly furnish following CERTIFIED information :-
1. please inform marks obtained by me in assignments submitted for subjects of AED01, ECO13, EEG04 for December 2010 exams ?
2. with reference to para No.1 here , please provide copies of order / policy / any other document showing reasons for not uploading my marks on website ?
3. What are the documents to be sent for getting provisional certificate ?
RTI fee of Rs. 10 is being submitted herein. Please send any intimation or information by Regd post / speed post . I am ready to pay additional charges as per provisions of RTI Act . Please mention details (Name and Designation) of the first appellate authority in relation to my instant RTIApplication .

Your petition is correct. IN order to get copies you must undertake to pay necessary fees for the documents you are required to pay every page. But also a statement that the required information is not barred u/s 9 of RTI act.

application is good, however we cannot except how much fee will be needed it will come know only at the time of taking xerox, in case fee is more than what you paid then officers shall inform you to pay such amount than 30 days time will commence from the date of extra amount paid by you

It means after posting my application along with normal fees of Rs.10 , i should wait for their reply ?
also tell me if fees can be paid thr' DD ?

Dear Mr. Sahil,
Your application has deficiencies Like: You should draft the application as under:
1. Kindly provide me the certified copies of the marks obtained in the assignments submitted for subjects****
2. You can not put questions to the Public information officer. What where when who words should be avoided. You can not ask the reasons for not uploading your marks on website. Under RTI Act you can only seek copies and the documents on record.
3. In third queries write kindly provide me the details of documents required for applying for provisional certificate.
The fees can be paid through D.D or I.P.O. The charges for getting the photo-copies of documents are Rs 2/- per page. If you were in need of documents at the earliest you should have sent the fees like Rs 50/= plus application fees of Rs 10/= i.e. Rs 60/- by mentioning that the additional fees of Rs 50/- is being sent for supply of copies of documents. In this way your valuable time can be saved.
