one person in our department was appointed in a reserve Catagary for OBC as a group B gazeted. However after 4 years Goverment Notified The said cast as ST.
Can the said person avail the further promotion on basis of ST Catagory?

I am upper cast muslim girl married to OBC Hindu guy.It was arranged marriage by both religious rituals.After registering my marriage will I will be benefitted in the age extention of 3 years if changed my surname after registered marriage

Could any expert please provide me the format of a PIL against the malpractices of a religious institution? Is it advisable to file the writ in the HC first or directly to the SC? Please also provide details of procedure for both the cases.
