Ban on campus recruitment by psu imposed by honourable madras high court

Respected Attorneys,
I am one of the sufferers of the ban imposed by Honorable Madras High Court on campus recruitment made by Public Sector Units.I have heard that final verdict on this case will come in first week of September.
Now My query is-
1 What might be the verdict in your opinion?
2 Are there any chances of postponement of verdict?
3 What legal remedy is available to a person like me who has been selected by a PSU in campus recruitment and waiting for last 5 months for joining. But not yet absorbed by the PSU.
Regards,
Niranjan

Discretionary quota in the railways reservation system

Now I am in receipt of the reply from the divisional railway manager commercial branch sanchalan bhavan secunderabad on my query seeking info on number of berths reserved for General,Ladies,Tatkal,High Officials of the railways,Defence,Parliament House,Foreign tourist,Duty pass, Senior citizen, Physically challeged and again for railway employees. My query was very specific confined to train No 12704 Falaknama express for AC 3 Tier left Secunderbad on 23 Apr 2012, numbers of berths booked online as well as inline confirmed or waitlisted , berths surrenedered and re allotted to wait listed passengers. In this train I booked two tickets for for my daughters more than a month in advance but waitlisted to 36/37 and a day before it was stuck permanently at 16/17.
I am attaching the details forwarded to me in the format prepared and submitted along with my query. One look at the attachment you will come to know that for two coaches of 64 berths each for falaknama trains that leave daily from SCR to Hwh daily 32 are reserved for Tatkal ( 50 %) and 16 are reserved for the so called High Official of the Railways which they have bracketed as emergency to fool us. two berths are reserved for foreign tourists,4 for senior citizens and another one for Railway employee as if 16 was not sufficient for the high officials to abuse the discretionary quota for each train.I will now be asking them to give break ups of the booking of each seats for different legs as the info is not straight forward. It is obivious why there is so muck of muck in railways reservation system as there are only 69 general berths while there are 32 tatkal and another 23 available for manipulation by the touts seating inside the reservation counters.Hey Ram..

Locus standi

Do devotees of a temple have locus standi to challenge, in Court, the decision of the Managing Committee (comprising of priests only) to lease out land belonging to the temple.
Citation if any would me most appreciated.
Thank you.

Appointent by transfer

Respectful Experts,
Recently, the Karnataka High Court, in a service matter, while upholding the findings of the tribunal, held that appointment by transfer from a compact cadre consisting of three different grades/posts with different pay scales solely on the ground of higher educational qualification offends Art.14 as it would be an attempt to make unequals equal. My contention is the state is at liberty to formulate such rules.
Facts: 1. Post of the principal has three modes of appointment.
(a) 1/3 by direct recruitment.
(b) 1/3 by promotion of training officers.
© 1/3 by transfer from training officers , Assistant Training Officers and Junior Training Officers (all with different pay scales) who possess engineering degree.

Will the experts stand by me?
