Maharashtra slum area

One has to pay rent on his hut in a slum area after being made eligible by issue of Photopass by BMC in Mumbai. However if there is a delay, what is the rate at which one has to pay the interest or penalty or other such charges. In which rule or notification will I get to know the same.
In my case the Hut is of 21x7 feet, the Photopass holder has paid his last rent for the year 2008 and has to now pay till dated.

Lawyers’ community must know it !!!

Respected Sirs,

Kindly visit www.hcraj.nic.in and under case status of Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench search for case no.:

Special Appeal Writ (S.A.W.): case no. 93: year 2013 (Jeewan Singh vs Bhoor Singh Bagh Singh Trust)
And
Special Appeal Writ (S.A.W.): case no. 164: year 2013 (Bhawani Singh vs Bhoor Singh Bagh Singh Trust)

Brief summary of the case:

Mr. Takhat Singh made Will dated 22.03.1965 and thereby created a public charitable Trust known as “Bhoor Singh Bagh Singh Public Charitable Trust” and donated all his properties worth several hundred crores to this Public Trust in Jaipur (Rajasthan).

Mr. Takhat Singh died issueless on 05.05.1970 and also did not adopt anyone.

Trustees of “Bhoor Singh Bagh Singh Public Charitable Trust” applied for its registration on 27.07.1970 at Assistant Commissioner, Devasthan Department, Jaipur (Rajasthan) on the basis of Will dated 22.03.1965 executed by Mr. Takhat Singh.

Appellant Jeewan Singh objected registration of the Trust on the basis forged Will dated 01.05.1970 executed in his favour by Mr. Takhat Singh.

Another appellant Bhawani Singh objected registration of the Trust on the basis of being adopted son of Mr. Takhat Singh.

Appellant Jeewan Singh filed a civil suit for the properties left by late Mr. Takhat Singh on the basis of his forged Will dated 01.05.1970. Later in 1980, he withdrew his suit, without proving his alleged Will, under Order 23 Rule 1 (1) CPC (abandoned his claim without permission to file fresh suit).

Appellant Bhawani Singh’s adoption claim was denied by Jagir Commissioner, Jaipur (Rajasthan) on 12.12.1967. Bhawani Singh’s appeal against this order in Revenue Board, Ajmer (Rajasthan) was also dismissed after 45 years on 17.02.2012.

Appellants Jeewan Singh and Bhawani Singh are still abusing the judicial process and are not letting the civil suit trial complete on this property even after 44 years have passed.

The extremely slow process of our judicial system and its fragility has led this property, which was meant for public welfare, being destroyed by these vested interests.

Kindly advise on this matter..

Partition and eviction

There are 5 co-owners in a house property and one person T is a trespasser. My query is whether the suit for partition can be filed against the 4 co-owners as well as against T as a trespasser by evicting him and second query is whether separate suit should be filed against T for evicting him.

Reversionary rights

Gurnam Singh through his wife Bhagwant Kaur sold the property to Amar Singh on 26-11-1965. The real brother of Gurnam Singh namely Darbara Singh challenged the sale deed being ancestral/coparcenary property and sale deed was set aside and suit was decreed with effect that it will not effect reversionary rights of Darbara Singh after the death of Gurnam Singh. Gurnam Singh died on 22-1-1986. This Bhagwant Kaur filed a suit for possession which was decreed by Lower court but but it went up to the Supreme Court and hon’ble Supreme Court held that Bhagwant Kaur cannot take benefit of the decree as she herself sold the property being attorney if G Singh. However, sale deed was challenged by Darbara Singh and Darbara Singh was also one of the legal heir of Gurnam Singh. After the death of Bhagwant Kaur my query is,
(1). Whether Legal heirs of Darbara Singh can filed suit being one of the legal heir of Gurnam Singh and take benefit of the decree or not?,
(2). Darbara Singh died, Whether his son can remain in possession of the property as Bhagwant Kaur has also died but she took the possession.

Fraudulent sale agreement documents created by loan giver

Dear Experts,

My Mother - in - law has taken a loan against House documents ( with 10 Rupee Interest) an amount of Rs. 30,000/- in the month of Apr'12. She paid the interest for 3 months and she is irregular to pay the Interest.

Again she borrowed an extra amount of Rs.20,000/- and she signed an empty promissory note and one 20 rupees empty Stamp Paper and empty white papers.

Now the loan giver has given a legal notice stating that she entered a sale agreement on 15-08-12 for selling of the house which was given as security for loan. Total sale consideration for Rs.2,40,000/- and Rs. 2,10,000/- already paid by cash and remaining amount has to be paid at the time of registration. Now he is asking for the registration.

Actually she has taken only an amount of Rs. 50,000/-. Now what she can do to get the house.

Its an urgent

kindly advice us......

Univresity cheated...what to do ?

Dear Sir,
A private university of meghalaya engage in degree scam. Chancellor , register all were arrested.
Case went to till Supreme Court .In judgment Supreme Court ordered all degree illegal and ordered

“ The students whose admissions and degrees were declared illegal may also make representation to the State Government and seek an opportunity of hearing from it. The request made by them shall be sympathetically considered by the State Government.”

I send representation and Govt call for hearing , I attain hearing , show and submit attested document of all university document

A leading news paper published that the university has been dissolved and
all degree declare invalid

In this situation what to do

1)Can we challenge the govt and go to court to validate our degree ? ( we are more than 7000 student)
2)OR simple file for compensation ?
3)Is there any way to validate our degree?
Willing the degree was given off-campus by university , university does not disclosed that they have no power go provide
degree off-campus.Now the student are victim
