Dear All,
Great grandfather(A) has not made any will of his property & died, which is inherited by grandfather (B) (one of among his four siblings inheriting the property ).
Grandfather (B)have a son (C) who have a minor son (D),staying with mother & complaint against him(C) for maintainance is pending in CAW cell & family Court (HMA).
Grandfather (B) dies & (C) sell the property during the pendency of complaints.
How the minor son (D) can claim his share in the property
1. If there is any will in (C)'s favour,
2. If there is no will in (C)'s favour.
Further , if there is no will in (C)'s favour , can the sale deed be revoked (null & void) , for depriving the minor son of his share.
How do we find out about "will" of grandfather (B) in sale deed ,if there is any.

After giving paper publication informing date for taking physical possession recently we have taken physical possession of a mortgaged property(from Bank).During possession the residential house there was nobody and the house was full of household goods & belongings.after that we have kept all the goods & documents in two rooms under lock & key of Bank.post physical possession we have given another paper publication informing the borrower to collect their household goods & belongings within 30 days from that date of paper publication otherwise bank would auction it.Nobody turned up to collect the same after expiry of more than 2 months.
Now what Bank's right on those goods? Can Bank sell/ auction those goods which are not Bank's secured asset?

hello everyone
in 2002 we brought a vacant land for one lakh fifty thousand rupees in a 20 rupee stamp unregistered document, we put compound wall and left the land as it is, didn't even pay the taxes . Now after 12 years the one who sold the property claiming that we have not sold property we only signed a mortgage document.so now what are my options legally whether i have a case that could hold in the court or i have to settle with them outside the court

Sir, I would like to find the status of my civil matter on the internet at Small Cause Court Mumbai. The builder who is not the landlord has filed a case for eviction since 2012, I have been attending regular dates since 2 years as per the court demands. The matter is out for issues by the court. I had recently attended the court 3 times but most the court staff is on leave and others say they do not know.It is not possible for me to attend the court again and again as I am at job. I have even contacted my Advocate but he is out of town for vacation & unable to say when will he return. I do not want to disturb him as he is with his family. I would like to know what is the website to get the details for my next date. Thank you.

A special voluntary retirement case of general insurance industry is heard in Supreme court.Arguments are concluded and the judgement is reserved. Written submissions are also over. We are waiting for the judgement to be pronounced. It is 10 years old case.
At this point of time a sudden development has taken place. Some aggrieved people of general insurance industry had filed a WP in one of the high courts of the country in 2006 questioning the same gezette notification. Now these people have got their WP transferred to Supreme Court.
1. Will this development affect our Reserved Judgement ?
2. What twist and turn this may take in Supreme Court ?
3. What can we do now as petitioners ?
4. Will the reserved judgement be further
delayed ?
5. What our advocates can do now ?

Whether the male child will get succession rights the right in the properties of A and B along with C & D family. I require the comments of learned Advocates.

Hello,
I'm from Bangalore, My father is having a property in Tumkur. Recently we come to know its been forged and registered to a third party. But we have taken the position of the plot & made fencing around it. Initially there was some objections from third party not now. My concern is, since there is no dispute from third party, we have not taken any action / lodged any complaint on forgery. Will there be any issue if the forged registration is not cancelled. Please suggest.
Regards
