Some local gundas forced my friend` father to sell the land for the minimum amount, far below than the market rate to the local person by threatening to kill him and his son. Now after Four years from the date of sale,When my friend who was working in Banglore, returned , his dad revealed this thing to him. My friend is the only son and did not ever give his permission or NOC to sell the land. as he is the only nominee, What are the legal remedies available to him to prove this deal illegal thereby cancelling this deal & acquire his land back? What is the time limit available for him to take action after the sell of the land?
In a Civil Suit Plaintiff private party with two Govt. Depts as Defendants. A IA / Petition was filed for production of Documents / Records in possession of Govt Dept.
The petition for call for records/documents has been allowed by the Hon'ble Trial Court.
But the Concerned Defendant/Govt. Dept produced records/documents other than what was called / allowed by the Hon'ble Trial Court.
Does this action of Govt. Dept amount to purgery ?
Thanks in advance

Sir
From: Hyderabad Andhra Pradesh
1) We are tenants (50) of an Appartment residing in five floors.
2) Originally the land is an Agricultural land. Our builder is having only cart track way in it.
3) He built the Appartments in one side of the land and kept rest of the land with himself.
4) Our builder has registered the flats to all of us by showing 33 feet road (in the sale deed as well as in the plan) in front of our Appartment.
5) But he did not transferred the land to Municipality in writing.
6) Now the Municipality is not developing the road in front of our Appartment like laying of BT road etc. on the plea that the builder has not transferred the land.
7) Please show a way. How to convince the Municipal Authorities. Is there any specific Rules or any so in this regard.
Thanking you.

Dear Experts,
On a larger plot of un-conveyanced land there are 24 individual societies. One of the Society got Deemed Conveyance and registered the same. 12 societies opposed the registered Deemed Conveyance and filed a WRIT in the HC. When inquired with the Society members, the said 12 societies didn't pass any resolution to file a WRIT in the court and even appointed an Advocate for the same. The said 12 societies made party to the rest 12 societies in the said WRIT. The reason behind doing so is that the land owner of the said larger lured them with the offer and a thick layer of money is involved in it.
How can the rest 12 societies can take legal action against the 12 societies, as they filed the case without any knowledge of the society members?
Do we have any provision to file a criminal case against the said 12 societies?
I would appreciate if you help with the judgements or citations in respect to the deemed conveyance of an undivided land?
How far can they succeed?
Regards,
Rizwan Shaikh
