Dear Experts,
A Branch of PSU bank sold a mortgaged property in public auction after initiating recovery proceedings in a civil court. The borrower claims the property was sold for a price way less than its market value/intrinsic value. What are the legal remedies available to the borrower. Can the sale be impeached, now that the sale is complete, If so, what is the appropriate legal action?

Dear Sir,
I resigned/served notive for two months from the post of Vice president of a Pharmaceutical company.
After a month it was duly accepted and i was relieved. I was informed that my salary of the previous month is being sent/transferred.
but once i was relieved from duties the whole attitude changed, my phone was not answered and no discussion about dues.
Once the MD phoned and told me that i will not pay for another 3 to 4 months.
It is a matter of around 8 lacs which includes my dues of march, April etc.
What should be done???

An order was passed by NCDRC on 23/05/2014. Certified copy was posted on 18/06/2014 and reached us on 24/06/2014. NCDRC has directed O.P to execute the order within 30 days of receipt. As per SCI rules, O.P can file a SLP within 90 days. Under the circumstances can the O.P withhold order execution by 90 days till SLP is filed?

Dear Experts,
Thank You for reading this post. i have an inquiry, A month back my commercial vehicle hit a pedestrian from Bihar as he was crossing the road. Later took him to the hospital and treated him for few days. The injured ( Fracture in one bone). Police registered the case and my driver was arrested and later released on bail. I have already released my vehicle. chargesheet has been filled in the court. Now i am receiving threatening calls from some person claiming to be the lawyer of the injured. He has even sent a non judicial notice in my favor asking for 6 lacks as compensation. i was not worried as i was told that the insurance company will take care of the claim if any arises. but today i found out that my driver has two licences one a fake commercial licence. and one genuine L.M.V. licence almost 3 years old. I dont know what should i do now. shall i bow or is there anyway any law which can spare me from paying any compensation if arises. Further i need to know can the injured / advocate file a case in his home state for the compensation and if he does will that mean that i have to go to his home state to defend the case.

The question weere asked several times ,in several stage ,
but now the worst result has come ,Thousand of student future going to loose

A private university of meghalaya engage in degree scam. Chancellor , register all were arrested.
Case went to till Supreme Court .In judgment Supreme Court ordered all degree illegal and ordered
“ The students whose admissions and degrees were declared illegal may also make representation to the
State Government and seek an opportunity of hearing from it.
The request made by them shall be sympathetically considered by the State Government.”
We thousand of student send representation , attain heaing in meghalaya .
Now students are receiving letter that their degree is not valid from Govt.of Meghalaya ,i have received
the same , i can send it expert by mail (if required). Inspite of supreme court order the representation were
not sympathetically considered
Now what to do
1)we student have not so much money to file case in Supreme court
Please advice if degree can be validate or claim compensation in local court or if any other remedies
