Greetings for the day to all Experts ..
I have the FIR against me in which my Wife had said that she or Father-in law had spend about 25 Lakhs on our marriage where in as per my calculation they had spend about 6-7 lakhs on marriage. Earlier in the meetings they asked us to give about 15 lakhs and then , when they logdged the FIR , the amount mentioned was 25 Lakhs. Now Police called me quiet no. of times and I educated them about the supreme court Ruling on 2nd July 2014 , and going thru that Police had now asked my Wife to give proofs of everything like MRL , PCR call made , Medical if you were depressed due to dowry harassment, Cash proofs etc etc including the bills of all the items mentioned in Streedhan List. Also Police had told my wife that If I continue to report to them whenever they will call , then they will not arrest me as per Supreme Court's ruling. Now its been a month neither my wife nor my FIL had turned up with Bills. SHO called my FIL , he said girl is sick so we cannot come as of now and had taken more time. Its been like 4 months now that Police had not done the RECOVERY of left over articles. We are willing to give the Recovery. my Query is :
1> Since now my FIL is under pressure shall I , At this point of time go ahead with TEP to pressurize him more ? because we get replies very late from govt. bodies.
2> Would filing TEP at this point of time backfire ?
3> I have heard drafting TEP properly would make the chances of rejection ,less.

My father belongs to Schedule caste and my mother belongs to Back ward class.My mother entered my caste as Back ward class at the time of admission. How can i change my caste in school transfer certificate. (TC), can i get Schedule caste certificate legally and i want to apply a legal certificte from the state authority.

I given a rent to my tenant from 2012 and no issues from them in the month of april 2014 i heard from the neighbours from the home stating something wrong happening at my home and they asked to investigate and i informed my tenant to vacate the home serving 3 months notice. for which he acknowledge the written notice In the meantime the tenant absconded leftover his wife and small kid and they absconded july 15th without any further intimation and when we try to contact them in phone there was no response now the home is locked by them and their notice period is over and i their last 3 months rent been adjusted by the advance money.
We dont have any of their relatives ph or address to inform them
we tried to conatact local police who reluctant to accept the complaint
can i take over my home by unlocking their lock?
please advice

IN A REFERENCE MADE UNDER SECTION 30 OF LAND ACQUISITION ACT 1984, IS THE LAND ACQUISITION OFFICER EMPOWERED TO REJECT THE APPLICATION FOR REFERENCE , IN CASE IF HE CAN REJECT THE APPLICATION WHAT ALL GROUNDS CAN HE GIVE FOR THE REJECTION OF THIS.CAN HIS DECISION TO REJECT REQUEST FOR REFERENCE BE CHALLENGED ? Dear sir,
One of my relative was in need of funds and he requested me to become his guarantor for the loan in the bank to which i agreed.But even after 9 years he had make only a small partial payment towards the loan to the bank.From 3 months ,I am receiving call from bank threatening me to publish my name in the leading newspapers and initiating legal proceedings against me.dear sir, Its a big sum of money and i am not that financial sound to dispose of loan on my own as the bank officials are demanding and my defaulting relative has cut off all contact with me.
Me and my family are very much worried about the economic and social impact of the actions which will be shortly initiated by the bank.Please suggest the legal recourse by which i can save myself from the proceedings initiated by the bank.

Respected Sir, Weather Principal Civil judge can give the relief of the declaration for " As Adoptive Child". In Case of Hindu family father have only daughters and no son than can he adopt a child who is his nephew? Or if it is yes so can he claim in the property? If there is no written evidence which saws that he is the adoptive child than? what is the share in the ancestral property of the daughters in father's immovable property?

my father is staying with my step mother . he has been declared as a psychiatry patient . Now most of the account held my father is in joint account with my step mother when this FD get mature my step mother will deposit this FD in this account and withdraw the money . which has already happen .I have a sister also . Now is there any way that only money can be withdraw for his medical with the knowledge of all the legal dependents. Can i get legal order in this matter MY fathers age is 78 years cannot be cured

I am residing In a Rental House in Rangareddy(Hyderabad) Dist. For the past 3 years I am leaving in this home. Intnitial I am paying Rs. 4000/- I have given advance of Rs. 8000/-and every year he is increasing Rs. 500/- Before entering home he said I will make an agreement so that it was very easy to both of us. But he didn't made any thing. every summer I am facing water problem there is no ground water. I am purchasing water from outside every week. Now I decided to vacate my house I have informed him 10 days back. Now I am shifting my house. Now My owner is refusing to give advance back and forcing me to pay this month rent.
without water How can I leave here.

in (U.P.)my brother have an Fir against him u/s 302 but he has not killed anyone, who has lodge FIR against him himself killed his 68 year old father by iron rode there was no CCTV camera but almost 18 people were present but everybody is afraid from him now no one is ready speak against murder now please suggest me what should I do to save my brother.
