Case u/s 302

Dear Friends,

in (U.P.)my brother have an Fir against him u/s 302 but he has not killed anyone, who has lodge FIR against him himself killed his 68 year old father by iron rode there was no CCTV camera but almost 18 people were present but everybody is afraid from him now no one is ready speak against murder now please suggest me what should I do to save my brother.

police will conduct investigations . try to get evidence of some of the witness es who were present at the scene .

Without proper witness the person accused would be in trouble, try to gather proofs.

you have to gather proof of his innocence , inform some eye witnesses name and addresses to the police .
