A Non Banking Finance Company (NBFC) has forcibly and illegally towed away a car without prior intimation to the borrower or the local police station just with the help of an arbitration award passed unilaterally against the borrower in his absence. The NBFC did not get any permission from any court to execute this arbitration award . The NBFC did not inform the borrower about this arbitration award either. Can this arbitration award be challenged?I have heard that NBFC has to approach the court to execute this arbitration award Where the court calls the borrower to put his say. What are the legal remedies available with the borrower to challenge this arbitration award and fight the matter? what is the time limit available to challenge this arbitration award?
Hi Gurus,
Please advise on below questions.
1)Is partition of Agricultural land should happen through Revenue Department or Registration Department or Court.
2)Is it mandatory that revenue partition must be registered in Registration Office.
3)Is it mandatory that at the time of registration of Agricultural land brother and sister of the seller must sign on registration deed.
All queries above for land acquired through inheritance.

Dear Experts,
My Father bought a 10 cent land in my native in 1991.Since he was in Mumbai we could not take care of it. He returned to native in 2008 and started fencing the area. Suddenly another party came and showed and showed the document that they own 4 Cents in the same land which they bought in 1993. Later we realised that the total area of the plot is 100 cents and the vendor sold 104 cents. ie our part of 4 cents sold twice. We filed a case and it is on for 4 years till now no one has come from the court to measure our plots. We have filed in district court. Now Party B has filed a case in high court to put a stay on the proceeds of District court till high court give the verdict. Please let us know what we should do now? Shall we approach supreme court for this case. How to proceed on this. Pls guide

i have bought a water front house property in Allepppey backwaters to enjoy the beauty and ambiance. Now my neighbor is anchoring his house boat in such a way that 50% of the Houseboat is parked infront of my property (not tying in my property). This is a national waterway NW 3. Recently i have rented out this property and now operated as a service villa for tourist. Even after repeated request he is not removing that, stating that it is a mean of income for him.Now he has put 2 more house boat (not everyday) and my view to the backwater from one side is totally lost. The said Neighbor works in houseboats and his wife gets income from washing cloths of these house boats. He has a son who does masonry jobs. i have told them not to park the house boat into the front side of my property, rather they can park infront of their house. He also claims that the canal is public property and i cannot do anything. what suit has to filed and other advices.

Slp (no. 16345, year 2007).
With regard to landmark case on loan fore closure penalty, I am not able to figure out whether SC entertained corresponding SLP (no. 16345, year 2007) filed by State Bank of India against NCDRC verdict no. RP 2466/07 (SBI V/s Dr. Usha Vaid & Anr). SC website says, it was "disposed" on 19/09/08; does that mean SC did not entertain it? I will highly appreciate if someone can let me know the outcome or how can I access the verdict (please refer attachment).
