Recently we filed complaint in district consumer forum for deficiency of service on my house builder.The petition got dismissed can we challenge it further to get justice.

DEAR SIR, AFTER CMA ORDER PASSED BY SUB COURT, TO RESTORE ORIGINAL SUIT TILL DATE NOT LISTED TO TRIAL AT MUNSIF COURT. HOW MANY DAY IT WILL TAKE TO ORDER COPY FROM SUB COURT TO MUNSIF COURT IN TAMIL NADU. CMA ORDER DATE APRIL 2014.

I have purchased a resale property from a widow who has having three child one is major and another two is minor the problem is that loan section by bank but bank says that the sale not not done if the two minors having the share in property so bank not ready to give loan amount what is the solution to purchase the property

My kid is a class 4th student in a CBSE school. The date of birth mentioned in school records is 17th Sep 2005 which is different from actual date of birth which is 17th Feb 2005. The date of birth mentioned in my son's passport is correct which is 17th Feb 2005. We approached school authorities for correction in date of birth in school records. The school authorities say that we have to get court order with correct date of birth in order to get records corrected in school register. Please advise if we have to approach court or the issue can be resolved by submitting affidavit to school authorities. It is worth noting here that school authorities denied accepting affidavit and want court order.

Dear Experts,
A Co-operative Housing Society Limited registered under MCS Act held the election of a new Managing Committee on 01.04.2013, Would like to know the validity of the election. Can this election be considered a valid elections because the Government has stayed the CHS elections till December 2014.Can we challenge its validity in the High Court?

Dear Sir(s),
One of the Nationalized Bank has filed a money suit against the borrowers and guarantors; for recovery of loan, praying for attachment of the properties mortgaged with the bank. After the framing of issue bank did not effectively participate in the suit proceedings as a result the suit got dismissed for default. Bank did not even file any restoration petition for last 8 months.
Now after 8 months time the Bank is issuing notice under section 13(2) of Sarfeasi act.
Now the query would be :-
1) Is the 13(2) action is barred by resjudicata?
2) Can the borrower demand cost in counterclaim for filing a frivolous suit by the bank?
Note : The borrower could not repay the loan due to various external factors including change in government policy as a result the business was closed. These facts were suppressed by the bank while filing the suit. After framing of issue they did not come forward to contest the case as such the suit was dismissed for defualt.

Dear Friends ,
By virtue of Andhra Pradesh state Inam Abolition Act 1955 (Telangana Area), can a Central Government Organisation becomes owner of an Agricultural Land; who has taken this particular land on LEASE from the Inamdar?
The Central Government Organisation says they are the owners, because they are in the position of the land on 1-11-1973 ( the vesting date, as per the above Act.)!

Sending legal notice
Loan taken in Bangalore by pledging site document. The site is in chennai. Borrower and lender are in Bangalore. Loan taken for 6 months time period. Interest paid is more than 10 times of principle amount. Almost 10 years are over now. For the past 9 months, interest not paid. Now the Lender asking in lakhs for returning the document. Loan taken amount is only Rs.15000. Now to send legal notice, where to approach the lawyer in Chennai or in Bangalore? Request your advice.
