Right to ask for government map before demolition

Dear sir ,
I own a medical shop which is in the premises of gaushala ( a property of trust) managed by individuals Ndola controlled no governed by S.D.O. Recently a survey was done by respected D.M and all encroachments had been asked to be removed. Now the SDO and junior engineer along with police had previously installed pillars on both sides of road denoting the area under government property. Now my shop has a parapet which falls nowhere near the pillars. In fact they are about six feet away from the pillars. The SDO and junior engineer started demolition saying that it's an encroachment . When I asked them to furnish me with the map the abused me and demolished every parapet near my shop. Sir was I right in asking them for the map? Do I have the right to fight for it. If yes , how should I go abt it. Should I have revolted before.
Sir , I been going through great trauma as I feel humiliated. I hold a respected place in my locality. If Construction is wrong i myself would want it to be demolished. Sir , please help

Fabricated evidence

sir, i was acquitted from 498a case from trial court. further appeal was dismissed in default. the appeal was also filled late without condonation. now my divorce petition is on final hearing in high court. vide CM order 41 rule 27 cpc i put both judgement of criminal case on record. now opposition filed reply to my civil misc. application in which they show a condonation application saying that it was filed with criminal appeal in session court but ADJ ignore this. i personally examined the record file . there was no condonation application. the copy of condonation application put before high court neither certified copy nor signed by any council. it was only signed by respondent. it is only false and fabricated document produced. what should i do?

Right to way

I have a query about the way that means one person who have constructed a house since last 10-12 years over the property and he has been paying rent, cess to the govt.and holding tax, water tax, electricity tax.....etc to the municipality. but the problem is that, though the house is counted as no.2 of the ward still there is no convenience for to and fro ,and there are some private persons plots around the house and they don't agree to let some area of 3 to 4 feet for path (Road) to the house . now the family members facing a lot for their to and fro. so kindly tell me can they apply for road to the municipality or any authority, from whom they can get relief or is there any solution.........plz reply me.

purchased one treadmill but shop not giving bill

Last week, I purchased one treadmill for Rs 25,000/- from authorized dealer shop, and after paying the advance amount they told me that the bill & warranty card will be given at the time of home delivery. The next day, they delivered the item at home with sealed warranty card and collected the balance amount, then told me that the warranty card is enough to get service and asked me to contact their office for bill if needed. Now, the shop is asking to pay the tax amount extra for bill. So, where should I complain about this cheating?

Now, I have the following documents in hand.

1) Quotation mentioning item name, total price and advance paid in office letterpad with seal & signature.

2) Warranty card with office seal.

Compromise in terms of solenama"s validity.

A title suit was file by Ramchandra against Shyam & Hari in the year 1968 claiming the whole property whcih was recorded in the RSROR in favour of Shyam & Hari, after one year in 1969 the three brothers came to a mutual understanding and prepare a solenama to resolve the case. On both parties request court pass an order that :-
The suit be decreed in part of compromise in terms of Solenama, which so form part of decree. Property was divided 50;50 each side.
Now after 47 years the sons of Ramchandra file a Title suit against the sons of Shyam & Hari Claiming whole property of RSROR denying the compromise solenama.
My question is that can the successor deny the compromise Solenama made by his predecessor.
with regards
