All the respective members please help to resolve this matter.
Ek Muslim family hai.Father & mother expire ho chuke hain. 2 Son & 5 daughters hai. Sabki marriage ho chuki hai. Father ek double storey makaan chodke gye hain & Papers father ke naam pe hai & papers bade bhai ke paas hai. Dono brothrrs me property ko leke dispute ho gya hai chote bhai ne kabja kar rakha hai & bade bhai ko entry nahi karne de raha hai jabki bade bhai ke articles wahi hai. Sabhi bahne bhi makaan me share chahti hain.
what we can do in this matter to get the possession by other son who dispossess by his brother.
Please give your valuable advice in this matter.

In all these appeals, the concerned High Courts held that because of amended Section 115 c p c , the revision filed before them was not maintainable, as had an order been passed in favour of the party applying for revision, same would not have finally disposed of the suit or other proceeding.
pl advice -whether revision is to apply in session/high court
can cpc order 1 rule 10 application be applied for making party for forgery in documents
pl suggest appropriate law in cpc

hello friends
i had an query in my case that whether matter can reversed at the stage of judgement.In the said matter i am opponent,my evidence has been closed by the court in default, no arguments order has been passed against me and matter is posted for judgement. now the court wants the specific citations stating that whether the matter can be reversed from the stage of judgement.pls help me out.

Sir/Madam,
I secured 12th rank in Engineering Services Examination(ESE)-2014 conducted by UPSC. Yesterday I came to know about a coaching XYZ has published my name with rank( but with someone else's photo) in its advertisement material by falsely claimimng that I took assistance from that coaching. But I never had any communication or assistance from that coaching. Now, I want to know what legal recourse I can take so that he may not do such things in future and cheat other aspirants. And also, what time , effort and money such recourse may require from me and what maximum penalty/ punishment may be inflicted on that coaching.

I had taken a video footage of my father to be used in a civil case. I did not preserve the SD card but transferred the video on my computer. Is it good in law or not? if not how can I get it authenticated?
My father is no more.

This matter is related to sealing we file case against mcd to deseal our property the court ordering the mcd to deseal the property after we pay conversion charges and regularse our building but in vishnu garden we cannot rwgularised our building what can we do pls reply me soon

Sir, partition suit pending for menes profit now red/def1 died she exe reg gift deed to her relative. By mistake he filed a petition O 22 R 4 as adding or of deceased but he not pressing the pet. and filed a fresh petition as a Legati of Will to defend the means profit " Now Order 23 Rule 1 CPC applicable in this case ( in petitioned) ple guide me

How to complaint on judge in india
sir,
i had won in lower court, now in Addl District Courts, Kakinada. what found is every time judge give 4 months Hearing Date, initially our lawyer raised concern then for two times he did for month time. again now he give same way. i also told opponent party paying for that but i can not prove that. is there any way for this to accelerate. it is simple rental case. lower court already given but this court takes two years now. please suggest.
i attached case detail with this. regards
