As we all are aware that while driving we encounter so many small fights due to others carelessness of driving and if we shout on them they get angry and within a short period it takes huge fight .....so what's remedy if we r not at fault

I am an ordinary resident who is troubled by local unemployed guys frequently !
Now they have targeted my vehicle and they trouble me in all the possibel way for them ! i spoke in this regard to the policemen also but they do not seem to take a action against them !
Please suggest ?

Respected members,
In our suit there are 10 defendants. We have also taken out notice of motion. We have claim interim relief against defendant no.1 to 6. There is no interim relief claimed against Defendant no.7 to 10.
We taken out writ of summons & notice of motion altogether & serve them altogether three months back.
We have serve writ of summons to Defendant no. 1 to 10.
but we have not serve notice motion to all the defendants. Notice of motion has been served to Defendant no. 1 to 6 as interim relief is claimed against them.
We have not serve notice of motion to Defendant no. 7 to 10 as no interim relief is claimed against them.
Now after three months defendant no.10 appeared in a court & said that notice of motion is not served to them. Court has given him time to file Written statement.
1. Whether we are correct in not serving notice of motion to Defendant no. 7 to 10 as no interim relief is claimed against them ?
2. If we have made mistake by not serving Notice of motion to Defendant no.7 to 10, then what is the right steps for us because notice of motion to Defendant no. 1 to 6 was served three months back.

Hello,
I would like to seek guidance in the matter of installation of CCTV cameras in parking area of the society and outside the main door.
My vehicle was damaged while it was parked in my Stilt parking which is on the backside of the building. It seems as if someone has used a bamboo stick or a iron rod to damage the vehicle. On questioning the watchman, he said he is not aware as he was in front side of the building. Due to this, I plan to install CCTV cameras in the stilt parking and outside my main door for security reasons. I have following questions:
1) Can the society object to my installation of the CCTV cameras in parking or outside my main door?
2) What measures should be taken to ensure that this process is smooth?
3) Are there any other permissions to be taken e.g. Police or BMC before I proceed to install the CCTV cameras?

My mother, my wife and myself were co owners of an apartment, as per the agreement. My mother died interstate. I have one sibling, my sister. My questions are as under
1) Will the release deed be required if i want to sell or mortgage the apartment?
2) Is a succession certificate necessary for the above?
3) Is a release deed, required to obtain a succession certificate?

i was legally adopted when i was 3 years old by my biological father's unmarried sister. adoption deed is legal & registered.i also have an pension account under her name. she died when i was 7. my school and college records have my biological parents name and also in all the other documents such as pan card, voters id, drivers license, adhaar card. i have applied for passport on the basis of these documents.
advice me what should i do?all the documents have my biological parents name.
do i need to change all the documents in her name?or just continue using them? can i now change the document esp passport once it is issued? i need the passport urgently.
please help

Validation of gift deed commited by coercion of executor
My mother had self acquired property of about 700sq.yds purchased in 1989.
later in 1999 my brother frauduently, executed gift deed from my mother in his favour, as things stood away my mother came to know about it then she revoked the gift deed in 2002.
then my cunning brother filed suit against my mother in 2003 stating that the gift executed to me was revoked by my mother without my knowledge which is illegal therefore honourable court issued summons to my mother but my cunning brother received the summons of my mother without her knowledge by commiting fraud with the court attender (ameen) and made her exparte in that case and received judgement in his favour.
Now my mother want to execute gift deed in favour of both sons, knowing this my cunning brother revealed the truth that court has given judgement in his favour in 2003, now my mother came to know about aforesaid court issue,..
please anyone of you suggest me a remedy,..
