MY GRANDFATHER IS 85 YEARS OLD. HE IS AN ABSOLUTE OWNER OF A SELF ACQUIRED PLOT OF 2 DECIMALS. RECENTLY IN APRIL, 2015 HE GIFTED THE DEED AT HIS WISH TO MY MOTHER WHO IS A WIDOW. THE DEED IS REGISTERED LEGALLY AT THE SUB-REGISTRY OFFICE AND IS UNCONDITIONAL. I HAVE A UNCLE. ALSO MY GRANDFATHER HAS A DAUGHTER WHO IS MARRIED. NOW CAN THE DEED BE CANCELLED OR REVOKED IN ANY WAY. PLEASE ANSWER URGENTLY.

Hello sir,I am owner of a firm named as Krishna saw mill,as long back 2 yrs ago one of my regular costumer had taken item (ie.wooden centring planks)worth Rs1,75,000/- and said that i will give this payment in parts in 3 months and i had taken signature of him on bill made.. Now 2 years had gone..not a single rupee had given by him..Anytime i ask for payment he says i will give u whole in next month..
As 2 years had gone....he had not given any single rupee...
So sir please help me how can i recover my amount from him...

Dear Sir
My father had taken personal loan with one of the private bank in mid of 2006. He passed away in Oct 2006 after clearing 3 successful EMIs. I am normal salaried person and not in position to repay my father's debt now. Bank through their various channels continously chasing me all these years for repayment of my father's loan outstanding amount. Kindly help me to advice I must liable to repay this.. since I felt depressed due to this all these years. HELP ME with legal advice.

Owner of plot has given to developer for part development & to sale. Society of that developed portion & tenants of owner exist on same plot. How shall owner of plot can give conveyance to the society?

Hi,
I am working in a manufacturing company at Bangalore as per my service agreement which I signed during joining state that my notice period as 1 month but post my joining HR officer of our company circulated a mail stating the notice period has been changed to 3 month from 1.4.2015 which I have not received. I am resigning now company want me to serve notice period of 3 month.
My queries are
1) whether mail circulated above binding on me.
2) under which act I can sue company?
