Hi All,
Need help regarding email notice from MTS lokadalat.In the year of 2012 i was using mts data card(in Bangalore).In a month of march they changed the plan and i got a bill of 3000.I called them around 20 times but no use send a mail to cust care.Still no use.I sent a mail saying to settle my issue and activate the service.But no one called me or replied me.After 3.5 years i received the notice to come to Bangalore and i am in Hyderabad.i want this issue to be resolved and i can not go to bangalore just because of this.Any i sent a reply email to them saying i can only give you my montly charges of 1000.I need help can o ignore this as it is just email.if i have to contact lokadalat /what is process ?. Can i shift this to hyd?Can i make a petition on them?

Hi,judiciary my self Ashok Kumar kashyap since November 2012 to till dates Delhi police pcr van staking me without any reason after the argument once time they trying to me mentally torching put my number on surveillance or message flash daily monitoring my location.Now I am going depression and taking medicine.still they not stopping after all every body have ,right to freedom to go one location to another,now what should I do,apply rti or any other options please write waiting your response

2) Plantiff place
3) Propery location . Which place is suit file and allow.

Sir in a summary suit u/o 37 CPC filed by me the defendant was served on 21 12 2015 and and Judge was on leave since then and the court was opened on 28 12 2015.Now the ten days period of appearing the defendant will start from his date of service or from the date of court opened?
