Sir,my grandfather died four months ago and left the house which has given by government under adi dravida welfare scheme.he left wife one daughter and one son(my father).now can i suit for partition sir?

Mr X have 3 fixed deposit(Rs.3L) in bank without nominee,he had wife,one son, two married daughter. After death of Mr.X his wife claim that fd from bank in claim from,affidavit she does not mention her daughter name only mention her sons name & sons disclaim that amount of FD and bank make that payment to Mr X 's wife.now bank arise problem that Mr X had Safe deposit locker with her marriage daughter so bank said it is fraud or misleading to bank .Is is fraud how to get relife Mr.X's family from this problem. is it any punishable offence.

Sugar factory made an agreement with X to do certain work and paid Rs: 10 laks as an advanced sum. if dispute arises, Whether agreement is compulsorily registrable.

I took 20 lakhs from a marwadi friend, was going to pay him in 6 months but could not pay due to certain problems, having said that I paid him after a year and also paid 4 lakhs more as interest, there was no formal written agreement , but now he wants 12 lakhs more making it 5% per month interest,
in the period after 6 months he literally haraassed me hence i had to give him some signed cheqs, as interest etc. now he is using these cheqs to harass me and wants to file some 138 case for cheq bounce.
All the payment to him and from him are legitimate bank transactions so I have proof of the total 24 lakhs paid.
what should i do?

I was reading and interpreting The Commeccial Courts, Commercial ivsion and commercial appelate division of High Courts Act 2015. Act No. 4 of 2016
This acts amend as per provision of sec 6 amends many provision of Civil Procedure Code 1909
ORDER XI : DISCOVERY AND INSPECTION
Above mentioned is existing position and present position
For Order XI of the Code , the following Order should be substituted namely
Order XI " Disclosure , Discovery and Inspection of Documents in Suits before the Commercial Division of a High Court or a Commercial Court

Some where it gives impression that OrderXI of CPC 1908 is removed for civil cases.
It seems in haste bills are passed with error

Sir , I WOULD LIKE TO ASK YOU DOES THE RECOVERY OF LOAN STAYS AFTER THE DEMISE OF GUARANTOR IN FINANCIAL MATTERS. THE GUARANTOR DOES NOT HAVE ANY PROPERTY OF HIS OWN NOR THE OFFSPRINGS HAVE INHERITED ANYTHING.IS IT LEGAL TO RECOVER FROM THE CHILDREN EVENTHOUGH IT IS EARNED BY THEM. Hello, I need a clarification on recovery of tresspassed portion. There is a Trespass happened during the pending case in the court. Do I need to go for recovery of tresspassed portion? Some of my known person says no need to go for recovery of tresspassed portion as it happened before the actual case complete. Also, tresspass haven been confirmed by court appointed servey commissioner.

Dear sir in my own property some village people occupied space. They gone to court but judgement came our side. But they gone to higher court. So stay order came. But illigally all village people came to my space and build compount. So clearly they break the role. We went to police they also not responded. Now I planed to c
ontent of low case. Is this rite way. Or I need to compromise to village people. Because we are one family and all people are one side. If next court give judgment to our side means we are unable to occupy that place.give me our sujjetion.

Dear experts,
One of my tenants passed away 15 years back. He is survived by his wife and two sons. After, the original tenant passed away, the bill is being issued in his wife's name. His wife was last seen by me in August, 2015. His wife and his elder son went to Hajj Pilgrimage last year August. His elder son returned back about 1 month. His wife did not return. His sons say that their mother went to her native place Darbhanga, Bihar to settle some property dispute. I asked the elder son that how much does it take to settle a property dispute? The elder son told me her mother came to Kolkata in November, 2015 for a couple of days and again went to Bihar and I was out of station that time. As you experts, informed me earlier thet as per the amended west Bengal premises tenancy act, the tenancy cannot be inherited by the sons after the original tenant's wife's death. All the couriers and mails in the tenant's wife's name are now signed and received by the elder son's wife, who is at home most of the time. I personally think, the sons are hiding some fact about their mother.
What are the guidelines to prove that the tenant's wife is not staying in the rented flat since August, 2015, so that I could file an eviction suit ?
