The bank had sent a notice under SARFAESI act in Nov.2010. The borrower had replied it. Still the bank could not take any action under SARFAESI act as the loan documents including the loan agreement were forged and disputed And the borrower had registered an F.I.R against the bank for cheating , breach of trust , forgery etc. Does this matter comes under the law of limitation act 1963? Is law of limitation is applicable to the notice sent under SARFAESI ACT by the bank in 2010?

My caste name is given as Urs in school records by oversight and lack of proper information. But want to correct it as Kshatriya (urs). What to do and what all documents needed??

Sir,
My grandfather's elder brother executed registered
gift deed 1/3rd share in favour of his daughter
some landed property without any TITLE, RIGHT,
POSSESSION and ENJOYMENT which property is self-
acquired by my grandfather and purchased
independently out of his own funds 20 number of
lands after their joint family partition with his
two brothers.
out of 20 lands only 2 numbers he gifted 1/3
share remain entire land in other numbers my
grandfather sold long back, the other brother of
my grandfather did not claim any property which he
purchased personally.
now the DONE filed suit in sub-court for
declaration of title, right and division, suit is
under trail, plaintiff's side witness completed so
far rest in pending.
Q. Kindly refer Andhra HC and Supreme Court related judgments to suit.

If trustee is required be terminated and another trustee is to be appointed, what should be the procedure for the same.
It is for Rajasthan based trust. Some one says it is just the resolution be passed and nothing to do other than this. I am not able to understand this, as when we register the trust. photo of ratina and trustee were taken by the department. But wehn we add some one nothing will be there with the department in this case.
Kindly resolve the same.

I own a flat in a small apartment that has just 10 flats. While purchasing the flat, the sale deed has a mention of Car parking space. Since the apartment is small, we have some practical difficulties to park vehicles in the parking slots present in the basement. Almost all the owners are co-operative and ready to make slight adjustments so that everyone gets to park their vehicles. It so happens that all owners on the current date do not have cars. Only 4 owners had cars initially but now that I also have a car, it add to 5. There is one flat owner who has taken two slots which falls in the middle of the flat stating that he wont allow others to park their vehicles or cars. Though he has a smaller car like what others have, he threatens and abuses people if we try to take one of the slots there. He is very much selfish, arrogant and says that he wont be ready for any slight adjustments and he wants comfort by all means. We have a practical limitation in our apartment. And the Builder also has cheated us by marking the boundary of the slots but did not allocate the flat numbers to the slots. Since it is a smaller apartment, we do not have a registered association. This non-co-operating flat owner has a fight-a-cock attitude and so association people also fear to speak to him. How can we address this problem? Will it require police intervention to sought out this kind of a dispute?

Father executed settlement deed in the year of 2005 infavour of his son. Son now not maintained his father. Father want to cancel the settlement. What is the procedure to cancel the settlement. Deed legally

Society secretary and chairman filed a case against me disputing my ownership when actually I have a legal registered agreement with builder. They claim it belonged to my deceased father and I have wrongful registered in my name. Case is completely false mainly for harassment since I have taken up their mismanagement with authority including getting notice of administrator. In first hearing itself judge said they have no locus standi in matter still they continue to pursue file further cases and have gone to extent of not allowing electricity connection to my apartment. Due to unsafe conditions I do not stay there and somehow the electric meter was disconnected so to reconnect I was advised new one due to time delay in payment. Since two years they not allowing MSEB to connect. How can I end this harassment quickly. Have been approaching police registrar but they not acting due to vested interest. Rather than getting into merits can I get case to be dismissed under no locus standi.. None of my family members siblings have complained to society or are disputing Present lawyer does not answer when I ask him to do so. Kindly advise

My father purchased property from owner extent of 1 acre in 1990.he inturned registered the property in the name of me n my brother.lately we came to know dat the property v purchased was ancestral property now the third party who is brother of our owner filed partition suit against his brother(owner).the court gave a preliminary decree dividing the property into two equal shares in the year 2012..he says DAT he is entitled for half share from the 1 acre what v purchased from owner.he is disturbing our peaceful possession.pls suggest me experts.

Dear Sir,
We are residing in Chembur on a pvt.land declared as Slum and it is under SRA Scheme.
My room is adjustant to my mothers rooms.
There are 2 rooms separetly
Govt had sent notice to my father and myself for paying N.A. Tax in year 1992
I have paid the Govt.Tax in the year 1992 and have got all the receipts.
I have got seperate light bill and election card but it is after year 2000
In the survey report my room is not eligible saying that my room is an extension of my father room (samavisth)and also my name comes after my fathers name in the vote list.
On the basis of tax receipt it is clear that there exist 2 rooms separetly for which I had paid the tax and obtained receipt.
I have old telephone bill in my name, old passport, Bank pass book. (prior to year 2000)
Please advise if authorities will consider to be eligible in this case.
