Defendent and defendent's lawyer did'nt attend to court .so Judge given expartie order.then I apply to expartie decree but not provide expartie decree.because judgement after next day opposite lawyer gives the reply but dependents not come to the court.so what can I do sir

Dear Experts
I need your esteemed suggestion, I Ratnam Ramadas S/o. Late Rajalingu, R/o Lingadhariguda (locality) Choutapalli Village of Tandur Mandal Adilabad Dist (TS).
1) I was harassed by Forest officials as my agricultural land is attached to forest boundary in Sy. NO. 50/45 extent 8-00 acres and is very near to my house in Ankepalli Village and restrain me to cultivate m own land which is ancestral property and has been in cultivate since last 60 years.
2) I filed WP No. 20440 of 2015 at High Court of Hyderabad dt. 8.7.2015 which got allowed against forest officials.
3) I engaged a tractor for ploughing my same land belongs to Ch. Gopal of Dwarkapur and the DFO (forest) seized the tractor and registered POR against them, who then filed WP 31888 of 2015 dt. 8.10.2015 for release of tractor and the high court Hyderabad allowed the same, and tractor was released.
4) The Revenue personels started harassing me again when the agricultrural land belongs to my mother got mutated in my name with the consent of (2) elder brothers and my mother in Sy. No. 50/45 extent 8-00 acres which is one and the same when the forest dept and revenue dept colluded with each other and filed a complaint against me at PS tandur and investigation by police revealed that the allegation charged proved false.
5) The tahsildar tandur has published false and fictitious statement in the leading Telugu daily that I got mutated the said land under succession stating that my mother expired and her property was mutated during his lifetime.
I am in Delimma…
Can I issue notice of defamation to the Tahsildar who publish such comments or notice to new reporter?
The forest Dept who ae playing double role on collusion with the tahsildar, when they are not allowing me into my land. Even after having high cout directions in my favour.
The forest dept. has already registered POR and again approached police station as if the duo will collectively press me to commit suicide for their inaction?
Please comment on this issue with different angles.

IF Mr.X got an order of commercial(Petrol pump) N.A. plot of Class-II land in 1987 and immediately sell it in two months to MR.Y for petrol pump usage can the sell-did got canceled even today.And is sell did of class-II land allowed even in 1987.If any one Mr. Z (not a relative)want to take objection on This sell did of Class-II made in 1987 is allowed today in 2016 or not.

father wrote a will and got it registered in 2009. In the will it was mentioned that the property will be enjoyed by wife during her tenure and later it will go to legal heirs.this was done in 2009. he died in 2010. he is having a daughter and his mother is alive. can the daughter claim rights on property now ? can the mother of the deceased can claim right on the property ? pl help.
Will the mother of the deceased can have any right to claim over the property after the death of wife of the deceased ??

Is it possible to get different reliefs over the same matter between same parties by filing one application under sec 9(interim)arbitration for a stay order over the plot and simultaneously another application moved under sec 11 of arbitration and to refer the dispute for arbitration for a single flat?????
Here Both Plot and flat are subject matter of same property.

Sir my father borrow a loan of 500000/- on janauary 2015
He was govt servent and in month of november he died
In the agreement theare is no co signer or co applicant and bone of guarantor
there is no prperty which my father had given to bank as assuarance
Sir iam a student what should i do
We dont hav any other prperty on name of my father
We live in rented house
And no capacity to pay outstanding of 450000/-
What should i do
