My client was two time loose his case and then he went to high court of jabalpur his case was in motion hearing and then he asket me to put another civil suit.because the property which was in the name of my client from 1953 to 1979.the person who hold the remaining property and the buyer made all the paper of the plot purchased by them including my client property and they said my client was her tenant and two time decision goes wrong so i put another civil suit on the name of that person who sell the land and also make the one to that person also which we already fight in high court. so sugest me what can i do?

I HAVE A OFFICE SPACE IN PATNA.I WANT TO MAKE A LEASE DEED WITH LEASEE.WHAT PRICE OF STAMP PAPER ,I SHOULD PURCHASE FOR DRAFT the said DEED.& by whom it should be purchase either by the leasee or lessor.what is the time period or time limitation for its registraion in bihar.Rent is more than 20000 & time period of lease is more than 2 yrs.How many Lease deed should prepared on required stamp paper fo both the partes- either one or two.

I have purchased a plot in singrauli, madhya pradesh with plot no. 197 and after some year i have purchased some part of plot no. 239 which was adjacent to my plot but when i started to constructing on that plot no. 239 the owener of plot no. 199 which Is adjacent to 239 and he is claiming that which part i have bought of 239, that is part of 199 and making voilence when i am trying to start construction, but my all documents are legal and verified...i want to know that can he take stay or anything when i will start construction on that part of plot no. 239?

My father brought a house.we are 2 brother only.my father and brother expired.now my self amd my mother are alive and my brother wife and his son are also alive.now my brother wife want to left this house and want mutual settlement.can she has any right to sell share of his son .if yes there are need to get permission from court.how long time court will be taken .on what ground basis court give this judgement.my self isnot staying in that house due to job out of station and my brother wife also working in other place.

Sir,
1.a property locked with two locks since 2005, applicant claim inside the possession. but all premises documents is fake & fabricated.
2.LC Examination the subject premises without in present respondent.
3.At the time examination found one lock in main gate - key in applicant custody
(Before one day of examination i had click the photo in main gate along with hang two locks in main gate.)
important applicant admit two locks in main gate before this suit a complaint case.
3.LC not cross check any neighbor

my query - LC EXAMINATION REPORT VALID WITHOUT NEIGHBOR STATEMENTS OR I WILL BE CHALLENGE TO LC REPORTS.

We had filed a suit for Declaration and permanent injunction suit.The suit was decreed in our favour in both Lower court and Lower appellate court. The suit is pending in highcourt.
The defendant sold the property -Some during when the suit was in First appeal and some now when matter is still in highcout.
What is the course of action for us.
Do we need to institute a separate suit again against all the purchaser once we get the judgement in high court?
Since the property is sold to many person since the land was converted as residential plot and sold we don't want include everybody as a party now in the existing suit. We are afraid it might delay the proceedings in Highcourt.

My uncle has just filed a civil suit against me by presenting a forged unregistered will of my grandmother who demised on 26-1-2016
The will is dated 27-3-2014.
I have the following documents with me showing the signatures of my grandmother.
i) Passport
ii) Registered will dated 31-12-2013
iii) Registered power of attorney dt 6-1-2015
By seeing the signatures of my grandmother on these documents even a layman can understand that signatures on the will are fake & different & forged.
My question is whether the Honorable Judge can see & decide that the signature s on will are forged ones or is it mandatory for us to request the court to send it to forensic laboratory for expert analysis.
Second question is generally how much time does this analysis by laboratory take and cost approx.
Which is the best and fastest way to secure justice in such cases?

Commercial driving licence
Hi all,
My query is, i want to drive cab i have personal driving licence and applied for commercial licence but as i know it will take 15 days to issue learning commercial licence. And 1-2 months for permanent commercial licence. Now problems is i want ti drive it right now as my financial condition is very worst right now.. I somehow forced to quit my job and now after trying so much do not have any other option.
Please guide me if i can drive with learning commercial licence + permanent personal licence. Or i need to wait till gets permanent commercial licence. Or anyother way out please. Please help..
