Property sold during pending litigation

We had filed a suit for Declaration and permanent injunction suit. The suit was decreed in our favour in both Lower court and Lower appellate court. The suit is pending in highcourt.

The defendant sold the property -Some during when the suit was in First appeal and some now when matter is still in highcout.

What is the course of action for us.

Do we need to institute a separate suit again against all the purchaser once we get the judgement in high court?

Since the property is sold to many person since the land was converted as residential plot and sold we don't want include everybody as a party now in the existing suit. We are afraid it might delay the proceedings in Highcourt

What would be the fate of order passed by Lower court

Respected experts....
If a COURT in it's judgment issue certain 6 ( six ) directions to the parties involved in that litigation and parties involved are also ready to comply with all those directions. But out of those 6 directions some 3 ( three ) directions are out of jurisdiction of the COURT and are unconstitutional ....
Now the query is that if the parties challenge only to those 3 unconstitutional directions of which compliance is not possible to the Appellate Court then what would be the effect of Decision of appellate court on all the directions issued by lower Court......
1- if appellate court set aside the quash those unconstitutional 3 directions then other remaining directions would be valid for compliance or those will become infructuous???
2-in general if Lower court pas an order in which there were 6 clauses...And appellate court set aside only 2 clauses out of those 6 .....then what would be effect on whole judgment delivered by lower ccourt.....is that wholly became infructuous???

Accused of molesting

While at the outdoors, girl calls the cop and says the concerned guy is misbehaving with her. The cop decides to take the guy to the Police station for interrogation/punishment or whatever the formalities are.

Question 1: Is the girl also supposed to come to the police station ? If not under what circumstances can the girl also be brought into the police station?

Question 2: The guy had a voice recorder and when it was played in the Police station it was proved that he never misbehaved/molested in the first place, and the girl had been lying all over. What kind of legal actions can be taken against the girl?
