Hi
My friend smitha has done gift deed after her father had expired by the force of his brother before her marriage. The property is not inherited and her father did not write any type of document., after her father died her brother insisted my friend. She was helpless n did the gift deed. Now she got marrired n wanted to cancel the gift deed. Is their any chance to cancel the gift deed?
Her brother changed the phahani also with his name.
How she can proceed?

Dear Sir,
In my 10th mark sheet my name is misspelled as "Jeyamohan".
In my college certificates, it's spelled correctly as "Jayamohan".
There is error in second letter in my 10th marksheet.
Currently I am living in Bangalore (for past 14 years.)
Now i am trying for UPSC exam.
I would like to get the affidavit done for name correction, Central government gazette notification, and publishing in news paper.
My doubt is where should i do this procedure?
Is it mandatory that i should initiate the same from Tamil nadu, in my native place where i studied (or) can i do this procedure in Bangalore itself?
Kindly clarify.

Dear Members,
I have a query regarding to the fact that as a Gratuitous passenger, who is traveling in a Goods Vehicle, then the Insurance company is not liable to pay the compensation to the claimants as held in New India Assurance Co. Ltd. v. Asha Rani, (SC), 2003(2) SCC 223, but can anyone help me to resolve this issue by providing me the Judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court (latest one).
I am annexing the interim order passed by our High Court in the appeal preferred by the Insurance Company for your perusal and also the complete paper book of the appeal for enhancement filed by me on behalf of the claimants.

When article 67 of limitation act i.e.
67. By a landlord to recover possession from a tenant When the tenancy is determined. 12 years
What is the legal position of landlord after that as because he lost his right to recover possession. Does it mean that tenant acquired title by adverse possession? Please suggest. Thanks

I have filed one case for recovery suit in civil court and one case I have filed before the Labour Court for reinstatement against the employer. My query is that is there any citations where I can prove that bother cases are different from each other.

Dear experts, recently, I went to mediation centre for divorce. But since my wife is asking huge maintenance for divorce, it is failed. Now I am planning for filing a case for divorce and child custody in my area. Child is 2 year old and wife is also healthy.
So if I start a case for divorce and custody, would it be transferred to her place if she requests to court? Is it possible? Please suggest. I am planning to start case in this weekend. Thanks in advance.

My civil case has been transferred to District Court Saket. From Delhi HighCourt. My lawyer was absent from court on the first date. So I am unable to trace the new case number assigned to my case in Saket Court and the name of the judge who will be handling my case.
I request someone to tell me the procedure so I may trace my case no. ,court ,judge also in the District court. My lawyer also does not know.
