I have to claim a certain amount from the Central Govt Body (SBI). is their any option to get Court fees Waiver while claiming amounts from Central govt associations in court./

I got divorced in 2011 through divorce deed but did not divorce through court decree and have my ex-wife's name in my passport. Subsequently I remarried in 2012.
My ex-wife also remarried to somebody.
I want to get removed my ex-wife's name from my passport and include current spouse's name in it.
How do i proceed? Annexure K should suffice?
Whether PP officer would insist for court decree? Court decree is not possible.
Please advise suitably. Thanks in advance.

My father purchased a land on my mother's name who is now a senior citizen and after that he build a house on that land , every papers of land and house is on my mother's name , now my mother gift the hole property to her younger son , we are 4 brothers and sidters all are married , my younger brother record that land on his name and also change the holding number of the house from municipality office. Now my questions are 1. How can my mother gift that property to one child? 2. As the property was purchased by my father how can she do that? 3� can my younger brother evict us from said property 4. Can we challenge that registered gift on court? 5. What is joint share house hold under dv act? 6. Our father passed awy , so now what can we do? No Court fee paid by him. If Court fee is exempted in Arbitral proceedings?

Sir in a suit for recovery being filed by me the defence evidence of the defendant was closed by court as the defendant failed to conclude evidence in his defence despite given many opportunities and now the case is at the stage of reply to be filed by defendant to the application filed by plaintiff for producing documents as rebuttal evidence.The defendant has recently filed the revision petition in session court against the court order of closure of defendant evidence.Now as the civil suit is pending in lower court and is this move of defendant to approach session court sustainable in the eyes of law ?

we flaot tenders for obtaining various services/supplies. to ensure that bid is signed by the competent person pl advice 1) whether we haveto ask party to submit power of attorney on stamp paper issued to the person signing the bid and whether it has to be notarised 2) whether ltr of authorisation on company letter head will serve the purpose.
3) whether any partner can sign or authorise the person signing the bid or it can be from one partner who has been authorised by the other partners
4)incase of pvt ltd or ltd companies whether authorisation has to be from managing director

Bmc stops repairing work
Mr. A is staying at Slum Area at Mumbai.
Mr. A wants to repair his house but BMC is stop his repairing work and directed him do not carryout repair works since they have received online complaint against Mr. A.
Whether BMC can stop repairing work at slum Area.
