As hhas been reported earlier also there is a case against Post master for not making correct payment. I won right upto NCDRC. But now after taking approval form Ministry of law they have filed SLP civil consumer cases in supreme court to avoid payment and delay case for years
No one wants to take the call in gobvernment department.

I filed a caveta and also applciaitonm to appear in person
Now the case status shows in website caveat -in-person for respondent lawyer .
But I never received notice of loidgem,ent form ragistrar for slp and neither party supplied me copy to cavetaopr
But case has bene now psoted for 22-8-2016. On enquiry it is found it is before rgistrara court.
They say I have not completed formalities like applying for apperance in person and paying requiste fee?
I am shocked and cant understand./
1.Is there any specific format to apply to SC for appearance in pwrson .what is that
2. is there any fee to be depsited by respondent
3. Can a case be listed without notice of lodgement and coppy deleievered to caveator.
every thing looks funny and illogical and my 2 telephonic cneversatiosn with dealing handin rgeistry were unsatisfactory

I have purchased 2500 Sq. Ft. Land. After few months old owners wife and minor son filed case in court for cancellation of sale deed. I am 10th number opponent. Actually old owners wife filed case against mainly on old owner including divorce, domestic violence and comprehension etc etc.
My main question is- as main case is focused on old owner. I want to finish this matter / case as soon as possible. But their matter is lengthy and will take many years. Is there any option like i can file counter / another case of 'false claim' or any other so i can finish this matter as soon as possible separate from their old matter.

I work in a govt. Established. Our billing cleark frequently do mistake with our bill and if we bring the mistake they become angry and do not care to rectify. Infact they do mistake intentionally to earn some buck from our staff while doing ractification. Our commanding officer too helpless because those clerks have their union supporting them. Every times he pleaded clerical mistake but no action taken against them. Is the clerical mistakes are bonafied and there is no law against them. Can we seek compenstation.

I have filed a suit against the district Collector (R1) and an Individual (R2), who created some forged patta to our Land with the support of revenue Department officials.
In the above suit, the Government Pleader, who representing on behalf of the District Collector (R1), himself representing for the individual (R2) also, in the same case.
I want to know the following information,
1. The representation by the Government pleader to both parties (Government and Individual) in the same case is legal or illegal.
2. If the representation by the Government pleader to both parties (Government and Individual) in the same case is illegal, In what section of IPC or suitable Act, Can I give the complaint against the Government Pleader.
3. To whom, I should have to give the above Complaint.
4. What is the punishment for abusing of power of the Government Pleader.

Sir I had been married in Feb 2015, but my husband and in laws tortured me a lot so I lodged a fir in which 498 a ,313(abortion had been done before marriage by my husband forcefully) etc are applicable. Since the police investigation is going on but my husband managed the condition in his favour so police is also lingering there work.my husband is a government medical officer. Can I do something on the behalf of fir so he can be suspended from his job. If yes then what is the exact procedure.

i want to claim compensation through civil writ from govt for acquired land. In khatoni one of my brother who was also shown as owner is now deceased unmarried. father and mother are also no more. our faith is hindu. in addition to my own claim i also want to claim my share in my deceased brother's portion. i have his death certificate. whether any other documents will also required to annex with the writ like survival certificate / succession certificate etc. ? or death certificate is sufficient ?

to cover up certain immoral and illegal acts my sister (only 2 sisters,including me as heirs) has filed false charge in court, 1st hearing date is in dec.2016.
in the meantime i have filed case against her subsequently, exposing the real illegal and immoral acts and also extreme crulety towards my widow aling very senior citizen mother who is under my care for sole maintenance and medical treatment for about last 10 years.
my plaint papers has also proof from bank records etc.
now my inlaws/hasband is interested to file another defamation case againt sister and her family.
please guide me about it and draft language.

Will hit and run case a obstacle for govt job?
Sir, I was charged against hit and run a few years back, FIR was filed against me, i have paid the fine and all.Now i got selected in Central govt (Banking industry). Will this case be a problem for me? Will they reject my appointment? How could this effect my career?
