i am practicing advocate, i filed an application for attachment before judgement application for attach an amount laying civil court deposit (the said amount laid after put the property into sale in EP, sale certificate also issue and the land registered in Dhr name and after his full satisfaction, the sum amount laid in CC deposit). The court ordered as prayed for.
but the gurnishee court, did not accept nor reject the said attachment, stating that there are two applications under section 73 of c.p.c pending.
when i represent the matter, the learned judge, stated that brought the case laws.
can any one help me to solve the issue by citing any case laws to me.

Dear Experts, My area is Balakrishna Puram village in Dindigul city, tamil nadu. There is 10 acres pond which is maintained by Balakrishna Puram panjath( it is Goverment Pond). Now a days public all are using as cementry.I gave complaint to collector regarding this. but no reply past 3 months. also I gave 3 reminders. But still no reply from Collector side. I am ready to go to Madurai High court. my question is - if I go to court, Will collector take action? I think this issue is general, many other people might have filled case in court. any act number or order number please to understand earlier judgement? Can i see that judgement in online?

my father has filed a partition suit in 2012 one yr back he died,after the death of my father,nothing has been processed so far ,frequently i visited my lawyer regarding this,what must i do to continue my case.

Sir,
I have filed partition suit long back in the year 1997 which belonged to my late mother died intestate. I got my share after contesting upto Supreme Court. Now my sister also got her share. To grab the entire property the son of my sister created forged gift deed allegedly based on his grand father bequeathing the property to his father and now his father registered gift deed in favour of his son so that they can claim entire property. At the file of filing partition suit my sister's husband was knowing the litigation between me and her wife (sister).
Please clarify when there is no title or right can anybody claim the property when my mother is a bonafide purchaser of the property for last 30 years. My sister's plea of adverse possession is also rejected by court. What will happen to my share whether my efforts in contesting the litigation for 18 years will go waste.

Dear Sir ,
1) My father in law given rent of two shop to different people in January'2008 , for
1 years renewal contract.
2) Some dispute occure realted to Electicity Connection in Feb,2008 .
3) In 2009 , father in law file file eviction suit.
(Case Number 2745 of 2008,Alipore court,kolkata , 6th Junior Divison)
4) After that due to poor health & financial condition , he could not fight the case .
(his office lockout , still not got any benefit)
5) Shop keeper has paid on only one month rent in February,2008 , they have just one rent receipt.
6) Shop keeper send a money order in March,2008 ,
As case already registered , my father in law denied to accept.
7)There after , 8 years , they are not paying rend , moreover they have build construction and accured
some original property .
8)Now ,present situation ,My Father in law's , elder sister's husband in a worst sitauion ,
her husband got blood cancer (last stage),he could not earn.She has a girl child of 15 years .
To manage the faminly ,My Father in law want to give shop to his elder sister so that the
family can survive.
6) My Father in law want to give shop to his elder sister so that the family can sustain.
(transfer ownership permanently)
My question is that ,
a)Is this will be the solid ground to vacate the shop ?Indicating that Father in law required the shop
for her elder sister ?
b)As this family need immediate relief , can we ask for speedy trial from high court ?
Can we ask pending rent from the shop keeper ?
c)Is there any way to know that a shop keeper is paying rend to rend control or not ?
The Mater is from The State of West Bengal , Budge Budge Police station , PIN CODE: 700137
I am posting the same as some expert advice me to do this.

Can I obtain copy of judgement from court not relating to me but concerns as citation in my case. Can certify copy be obtained through post. Please advice.
