Dear experts,
I have received summons for a partition suit between me and my brother,in the affidavit they have mentioned that my brother is signed that affidavit before lawyer in my home town, but actually my brother is residing in USA and there is no chance to my brother to sign the affidavit in in my home town(srikalahasti,A.P),so can i file an application under Order 7 rule 11d to reject the plaint?please suggest me...

My land was acquired in the year 1980-81. After the dearh of my father in 2011 , i wanted to sell the land and came to know that it was acquired from the neighbouring land owners. I enquired with the Special Land Acquisition Officer and he told me that the compensation has been paid to the landholder adjascent to my land. The rent receipt upto 2016 is in my name and i have got Land Possession certificate issued by Circle Officer in my name. Can i get my land back as per new act 2013 of land acquisition act. What does law say if compensation of my land has been paid to someone else.The survey map also shows the area of my land clearly marked.How can Land acquisition officer pay compensation of my land to someone else without informing me. Sir, what should i do now please give me suggestions.

MY Grand father had 6 childrens,2 sons,4 daughters. Grand father SELF earned/acquired 40ACRES OF Agricultural land and 3 houses properties in DHARWAD CITY,karnataka State,INDIA and agricultural land situated nearby 15 kms.
(1)Daughter-D1-(Born 1929/Married in 1944/Death-2011)Husband died 1974 itself,leaving elder daughter 67 years,2 son 54 years&3rd daughter 48years(ALL ARE MARRIED)
(2)***SON-S1-(Born 1932,MARRIED in 1954,deceased 2012,leaving wife 3 sons and 3 daughters.1 son&1 daughter unmarried.
(3)Daughter-D2-(Born 1934/Married in 1952/Death-1998)Husband died 1999 itself,leaving 4 sons & 1 daughter(all are married)
(4)Daughter-D3-(Born 1940/Married in 1958/Death-2008)Husband died 2004 itself,leaving 2 sons & 4 daughters(all are married)
(5)***SON-S2-(Born 1947,MARRIED in 1973,deceased 1982,leaving wife 2 sons and 1 daughters(all are married).
(6)***Daughter-D4-(Born 1949,*UNMARRIED* deceased in-2016
I am one 1 son of S2 WHO IS 5th child of my grandfather.
MY grand father made REGISTERED WILL in 1987 & died in 1989.Grand FATHER GIVEN EQUAL SHARE TO

TO last unmarried daughter
FOR OTHER 3 DAUGHTERS GRANDFATHER HAS GIVEN GOLD AND CASH.
NOW MY AUNT,i.e 6th last unmarried daughter of my grandfather has deceased in 2016 without making WILL or any documents,
****WHO ALL WILL BE THE LEGAL HEIRS IN OUR FAMILY****.
SHE LIVED WITH ME ONLY SINCE I WAS CHILD.NO ADOPTION OR LEGAL DOCUMENT IS THERE TO PROVE.ONLY SAME RESIDENCE ADDRESS THAT WE STAYED/VOTER I.D

Sir if the main party failed to pay the amount third party will be responsible.if the main party intentionally deceive and involve the third party what are the measure s to come over.

Sir, My Grandfather (Has 8 children 5 M, 3 F)purchased a land in 1959 and original documents are misplaced. We, at present have only copy of those documents. My Late Uncle's wife sold the land illegally to a Visakhapatnam politician's concubine. Now, we have filed a partition suit in Visakha Court. Our Lawyer says Land original document is very much required to win the case. My query is what are other options for us to prove that land belongs to us only. Cann't we file a suit agaisnt Tehsildar, Sub Registrar, VRO etc who helped my Late Uncle's wife in illegal sale and registration??

My electricity department PVVNL Meerut is supplying very high voltage and that too with fluctutaions at 260 to 275 volts instead of 230V standard and declared voltage as per electr grid code and elctricity supply code.
I have complained form CM ofcie of UP to chairman to MD to chied engineer. Since last 8 momths this is going on. High voltage is not only dangerous but damaging equipmnt like UPS stabilisers and bulbs etc.
No body is botherd
What is action that can be taken now?
Civil or criminal.

I have report from
Expert on document which was claimed to be forged in my favour but opponent party also have report in there favour from private expert . But my report is authentic as opponent is lawyer and had fraudulently obtained that report how can I prove my word and can he approach . Govt body of forensic experts also to change the report
