Hello Experts,
I have been harressed with past 2 months calls, what-up threatening message for the amount of Rs: 6,250/-, In fact at every time I insisted on asking for statement account to show if it’s a outstanding I am ready to clear, but you people don`t listen at customer and do what you like standard practice, I have gone through a tough time and mental trauma that your agents have put me through and emotionally down with these people,
don’t even have basic etiquette, and manners to talk to a customer, in a uncivilized manner, late night calls,
Normally practice, they didn't even send a letter to the customer, nobody has done so far, or an official mail,??? How do you expect a customer to pay??? without a clear picture.
How do I proceed further, can i write to ombudsman or file complaint for a damage claim for what all I have gone through so far???

Dear professionals
I am confirmed employee, and company had terminated my job on performance basis. Working on supervisory position (Sr.Manager)
1) Company terminated me on 16-Dec-16, with three months pay.
2) On 15-Dec-16 I marked the email to HR, for asking reason that I am voluntary willing to resign and wish to serve 3 month notice period.
3) Till date they have neither taken my acceptance on Appointment Letter and not issued it.
4) From 17-Dec To 19-Dec I was on sick leave, I applied leave on 19-Dec on email and its approved by my line manager on 19-Dec.
5) No written notice served, only one email received that you have not achieved your target. They assigned half of the company monthly achievement Pan India. And asked me to improve my performance with higher target.
6) No performance improvement plan issued
7) No reimbursement paid for last 6 months
8) I have their laptop due having copies of email. No they are asking to return.
9) Company is not performing for last 8 months that's why I voluntary willing to resign.
I AM LOOKING FOR RELIEVING LETTER + CANCELLATION OF TERMINATION LETTER.
Please suggest action.

application filed u/s 151 of cpc for recalling witness was rejected on the grounds that there is a specific provision under cpc. consequently the suit was also dismissed but not for default. thereafter plaintiff filed restoration application to restore the suit. whether the restoration application is maintainable

My grandfather bought shop in pagdi system 50 years ago after my grandfather expired my father is managing the shop ,recently landlord falsely tried to evict us on ground of weak building and non payment of rent dues , but we submitted the proof of the same in court the hearing is going on in court,now our old business is down so we decided to start new business in the same shop with different name ,will it cause any trouble in proceeding in the court due to this? our old business is bookstores now want to start computer center in new name so request experts to guide us in this issue.Thanks in advance

After Exparty decree(about 6 months),can file IA pettion to setaside.This can possible in civil law.If allowed what is the next statge in case.
Here is one point the defendant side file vakaltha, but not file written statement, case at the trial status

Dear Experts,
My brother filed a partition suit before the court for seeking his 1/3rd share from parental ancestral property and he is living in USA,but me and my mother jointly cultivating 2/3 shares of the same land.
My question is,can my brother request the court to attach the crop to the court by appointing court commissioner at the time of harvesting?is there any provision in law like this?

Second owner remedy
Hi
This is Yogesh, I have purchased flat from first owner which is in warranty still now.
But now leakage and others problems are occurred. Builder is saying you are second owner we can't do anything. Estimated repair expenses of flat is about 4 lakh rupees. The site is still under construction we are paying maintenance to builder.
What remedy I have ?
Can second owner file consumer complaint before district forum ?
