Our ancestorland partition case was filed in 1993,it has been prolonged up to know,and my father is of 77yrs.how can the case can be quickly heard

A case is pending in Supreme Court on Land acquisition. Can I get a copy of affidavit from S.C either through RTI or Can I download the affidavit from website? Please advise.

I joined duty as Multi Tasking staff in july, 2014. My education i.e. M.sc. in Geology was completed by 2011. Since then i tried in various exams and interviews. Got the MTS post through SSC for which eligibility is 10th class. I joined but didnot stop my trails for higher posts in my relevant subject, i.e. Geology. Got Gate 2016; upsc asst.geologist written cleared, but failed in interview. Am thinking of preparing for UPSC GSI more seriously. Thinking of taking leave of 1 year or 1 and a 1/2 year. Can i get the leave officially? If not if i take the leave unauthorised, what will be the consequences?

Hi All
Please advise me on below.
My name is Mukesh and got married in Bihar state in 2012. Post my marriage I got to know that my wife is medically unfit due to her major heart surgery which was not disclosed to us deliberatly. Since it was breach of trust I left her immediately one month after our marriage. Its been almost 5 years now she is at her parents place. One year ago I have filed divorced petition in Mumbai as I stay in Mumbai. When they came to know about it they had filed 3 different cases(DV, 498a & 125) on me in Bihar as they stay in Bihar. I was about to get ex parte on my petition as they did not appear for single time during my hearing in mumbai purposely but unfortunetly it got stayed on Supreme court instructions.
Please advice how do I handle this supreme court part?

On my got property through govt grant and after death of my father property transferred to my name i am only son for my parents.But now my father's brother is asking the property.
So i asking the advice if they went to court they will get favorably not.
please advice

Hi . My family had land case which has been going on for All most 10 years . My 2013 it was finalized on our side. But till now we haven't filled for a final degree , reason being along with these land there was an bank locker , which was not favoured on our side so we moved forward with this to the high Court . We were not informed by our advocates junior properly. Now my question, when we are going to apply for this final degree wiLlandudno there we any problems. . Will the court ask what took you so long why has this been not filled long back .. how long will this take. What are it's procedure..

Dear Madam/Sir,
My Institute has advertise the 4 posts of associate Professor in my department without indicating any reservation. As an eligible candidate, I applied and appeared in interview but authority not recommended my name. 2 posts were filled up and 2 remain vacant.
As per RTI, i came to know that because of unavailability of seat in general category my name could not recommended.
I filed a writ in the High Court and institute made the only ground of reservation and court held that the reservation roster can not prepared after the advertisement and hence ordered to appoint me against the vacant post.
Now, institute appealed in division bench stating that candidate failed in the interview. The institute fully changed the stand from reservation to failure of candidate.
In this regard, may i know that, can the ground be changed in division bench? Even in single bench, institute has accepted that i got the third position but due to unavailability of the seat my name did not appear but now saying that candidate was failed in the interview.

The managing committee of cooperative housing society tenure is 5 years consisting of chairman/secretary/treasurer and committe members etc.before the expiry of 5 years in march 2017 the chairman of the society expired and the information was given to the regisrar office about his death and other members interest in filling the post of chairman. The other iterested member was a payment defaulter hence asst registrar rejected his interest and ordered him to pay the society maintainance first.Now two Agm were taken and also some resolutions passed without chairman by secretary/ treasurer and other members. My querry is whether these resolutions and agm are valid and binding on all other members of the society.without chairman the caretaker committee has taken some decision of filing recovery under 101 etc.please advise.

regarding loan
My father was a loan guaranteer for loan of 140000 in 1995 .Now the amount had become 217000.We dont knew anything about this.My father died in 2006 and today 30/01/2017 we recieved the notice from civil court after this we came to know about this.The loan borrower didnot paid the amount .Will the bank cover the money from us?What should we do to get rid of this?
