Interim injunction suit

Tenant has been residing in our ground floor portion for the past eight years.my mom's s arthritis patient so we decided to make them vacate and I'll be going to ground floor portion so that I can look after my mom's health.so we asked them to vacate but tenant s continuously repairs our house and when we asked he fought with us and brought an interim injunction suit against us.we don't have any agreement copy and for the past three months he s not giving rent.my questions are : in that suit they said that we asked 2 lakhs as advance and increased rent in a particular date by my mom's hospitalized on that date so how shall we continue this case or is there any possibility to compromise or dismiss or withdrawal....Since my mom's bed ridden patient she s suffering a lot...

Chit funds

Sirs,

I stood as a guarantor to my friend and colleague for a chit amount of Rs2,00,000/- I retired after a year and in the second year my friend died of cancer. His daughter and wife are co-guarantors for the same chit. Within six months his daughter got a job in USA and left the country and his wife when contacted said that they sold some plot and got Rs.35,00,000/- and promised to clear the outstandings but when I called her again a few days back her phone is continuesly switched off and she changed her residence too. Now the chit company people are behind me to clear the dues.
Please guide me how to go about recovering the amount from the NRI daughter in USA, how to get her address, etc. Can I file a suit against her or her mother whose addresses/whereabouts are not known. Can I lodge a police complaint for cheating or any other suggestion to recover the chit money. The Chit company has already served me a notice.

Termination of leave and licenses agreement

The tenant has transferred his tenanted premises on the basis of an agreement with the landlord (already expired). The agreement is captioned LONG LEASE TENANCY AGREEMENT and has a mentioning that the tenant has permanent long lease rights. Now new landlord is not traceable.

I have also paid some portion by cheque for transfer of permanent lease rights in my favor and possession was handed over to me.

Now I have received the leave and license termination notice from the tenants advocate that the amount I had paid for transfer of lease rights is adjusted against the licenses fee.

In the above matter leave and license agreement was never created and on my denial in reply of the tenants advocate notice, tenants advocate is making submissions that he has no power to sell the premises as he himself is a tenant.

Tenancy

Mr A was leaving in Kolkata as tenant and died intestate behind leaving his heir and successor. After the death of said deceased Mr B (heir and successor) approached to the owner of said residential room to change the tenancy in his name. The owner demanding Rs. Ten Lakh for transfer the tenancy right infavour of Mr B. Mr B contact several time but the meeting is fruitless and in this process the time passed near about three years. The tenancy room is till now under the occupation of Mr B.
My question is -----Can Mr B deposit due rent in the Rent Control on behalf of the said deceased or directly by his name? Or how he save his right of tenancy of that room?
