GOOD MORNING THE LEARNED JURY,
I have filed a recovery case & got the judgement as respondent to pay Rs.70,000/-
+ interest at 10% from the date of filing the suit till realization in spite of which the respondent has den-eyed to pay. Can I file a case against the respondent for comp tempt of court as the respondent has den-eyed to pay.?
Please advice how to go about it.

I have my fathers registry of 2000 sq feet but actually land is less because he was working outside and not fenced and now if I want to have a registry to other person can I do a registry of 2000 sq feet or is it required to do a registry on current measurement of land

Hai all,
my father filed a os in subordinate court against his 3 brothers on last year, on march 28th, the case was disposed with the judgement of equal share on 4 members. On that my father wasn't attend the court, my father and mother went tirupati, but in case status they denoted that the plaintiff and opposite party is present , the plaintiff accepted the decree with cost. So the case is disposed. If any need the plaintiff can contact the advisory commitee. Without presence of the plaintiff, the was disposed. But they denoted the plaintiff was present on court. It is possible without presence of plaintiff the case can be dispose? Without the opinion of plaintiff the advocate can dispose the case?

We are having a construction business under the partnership business registered under the Indian partnership act having 6 partners and business is going very smoothly but one of the partners of the firm has creating problems causing loss to the firm and the reputation in the society. Hence we want to remove from the firm other wise firm's reputation will effect to the firm. Hence we request you that kindly give the suitable advice on this.

Dear Sir,
I had bank loan and credit outstanding in UAE. But last year when I was traveling to UAE. I got arrested under criminal law for non-payment of dues.But Court gave AED 2000 fine and let me go. now Some people are calling me and threatening me saying that I 've Interpol notice for a Non-bailable warrant. They are saying Dubai bank filed a Civil case against me in UAE. What can I do, please suggest

Verbal abuse by a neighbours
Hii.. during day time only my mother stays at home.. and all of us go for work.. a neighbour's house facing towards mine.. always throws water intentionally everyday. And we do not speak a word. also she use to abuse verbally.. finding a reason.... Either for dirt or water...also she encourages others to misbehave and torture my mother.. by speaking in front of our home.. they have jealousy from our family.. because we are from Uttar Pradesh and all around us are Gujarati.. and all of them have decided to abuse us.. and whoever talks to us.. they indirectly stops them talking and communicating from us.. day by day this is increasing and what we feel that our neighbours are our enemies.. we are staying here since 19 years..we are facing since 10-12 years all this torture.. before we use to argue.. but since 7-8 years we have even stopped arguing..
Please help..
