Housing society maintenance fees

Dear Experts,
I am a member of a housing society, we members have decided maintenance charges as below:
For flats with families = Rs.2000/-
For Flats with Bachelors/Students = Rs. 2800/-
these charges have been decided based on the usage of common services, the members who have rented flats to bachelors/students are now not agreeing to pay the decided charges. they say this difference is against the bylaws. I want to know if society can decide its maintenance charges or not?
how can we reply to the members who are in disagreement of this?

Please advice.

Regards,
Pankaj Patil

Charge sheet

Hi sir/Mam,

Can you please tell what is the time limit of filing charge sheet for bailable offense if the person is in the custody of police. Also, if the officer ask for extending the time to file charge sheet does the person would be able to get out of jail in 60/90 days even if charge sheet is not filed. Bail is not granted by high court.

Thanks

Contract issue

We shifted in our new house and we find that many places plaster is uneven which is now visible to us after paint is done . Secondly our boundry wall design is also dissimilar due to which it is looking awkward . We have told contractor about these problem and in reply of that he say that why didn't you tell me when plaster work was going on ? As I have already mentioned that these problem are visible only after paint is done so how can we detect earlier.
It was written in our contract that last payment will be given at the end of work only after we are satisfied with his work .
He also didn't finish the work in given time period. He took 45 days extra.

My father works in police wireless department so our contractor has given a application to superintendent of police in which he mentioned that we haven't given his remaining money . This morning one known person from police has called us in evening to settle the issue between both the parties.
So I want to know that are we bound to give the full amount or what can we do in this case.

Civil case regarding indian succession act.

Morning All,

Kindly advice me on the below situation.

Mr.A died in the year August 2004 and has 1 son B and two daughters C & D.Mr A has gifted two properties to C & D in the year May 2000 and got registered in their respective names.

The Son Mr B is not willing to gift the properties to C & D, also Mr B has signed as witness in the Gift documents with the force of his father Mr A.

Mr B has three sons who are all majors at the time of writing the Gift Document.

My question is can sons of Mr B can object for a share in the present day on property of C & D.

Is the supreme court judgement applies to city municipal corp too

In a Civil appeal NO: 1132/2011 @SPL(C) No:3109/2011 arising out of special leave petition ( Civil) CC no. 19869 of 2010 : Jagpal Singh & Ors v/s state of Punjab , Justice Markande Katju has clearly mentioned that in no circumstances village Punchayat land, ponds, open areas can be vested to state for any other use.

Can this directive of judgement be used for Citi council or municipal corporations/ urban development dept , too which is my place Ranchi is capturing and destroying all ponds, parks or any open space.

Time limits for clarification petition at sc

is there a time limit for filing a clarification petition at supreme court against its judgment, like for filing review petitions.

if so, what is the normal time limits?

is it necessary to file a clarification first to the registry?

since the judgment is around 50 pages and confusing one,I am not giving details of the judgment. As such request, not to treat this query as a general one

Thanks
