Hello Experts,
I have a query regarding a case. I need your suggestions.
The facts of the case:
Two legal entities entered into an agreement of contract for supply of materials, one is a company and the other is the distributor (lets refer the Company as A and the distributor as B). At the time of agreement the distributor given 10 lakhs to the company as refundable security deposit. Now after 5 yrs of Business (i.e., in the month of Jan 2017) the company closed its business and winded up all the activities. However the Company has not refunded the Security Deposit to the B. And one more thing i would like to bring to your notice that the proprietor was also working as a salaried employee of the company, and now when the distributor ask the company for the deposited money the company is putting a false allegation of Data & Records Theft on the proprietor (who happens to be an employee in the company). So under this circumstances can the Distributor file a money recovery suit against the company for recovering the deposited amount and any other remedy available.

A land piece is acquired by my grand Father from ex-zamindar as hukumnama and my grand Father was five brother they claimed to share that land equally like 1/5 share each after the death of my grand Father and
My grand Father was elder brother .
What is the law regarding above case

I'm 50% partner in a firm
the other patner claims that the trade mark belongs to him
Partnership is not registered
Premises is leased and owner wants to vacate the building after expiry of lease
The other partner wants to dissolve the partnership firm
After that he wants to continue work in the same premises wit same firm name
I want to start a new firm with same name at different premises
Can I claim the trade mark
Can I ask him not to work in the previous premises
Can the other partner claim and restrict me using the trade mark

I live inn Delhi and my husband passed away recently. We have a house in Tirichirapalli inn his name. I would like to know what is the procedure for mutating this property. Ii have obtained Surviving Member certificate.

Dear sirs,
Recently in one case court declared that all the family members have rights on the property and given the decree accordingly in the partition suit but that property is not distributed technically for the exactboundaries. Now some other person is trying to occupy the property. How the injunction suit is filed on behalf of all the family members. Here some of the family members are not availble. They are nri's. Is one person is capable to file the injunction suit against the third party who is trying to occupy. If filed then is that suit is maintainable are not under non joinder of necessary parties??? Please advice me properly. Thank you

Sir we are 2 brother 1sister & my mother & we r joint family.... my father passed away in year 2016 & left the registerd will behind him... his 100% share in my name....As my father & mother had a dispute (not a gud terms) wid my elder brother since 2005...they filed so many police complaint of harassment as a sr. citizen but police authority did nt took any action..then he filled a civil suit in the city civil court @ dindoshi mumbai for eviction of the suit premises in which the matter is pending to get me on record as his legal heir also i have filed the will for probate in the high court jst 1 month before..my mother & my sister is already given NOC....pls help i need your guidence. Thanks

Sir/Ma'am,
I am K.Nageswara Rao from Andra Pradesh. I purchased a 5 cents plot (in 2 acre divided plots) and built house with pf money when I retired 3 years ago with out knowing the land history.
History of the land
It is 2 acres comes under semi Industrial Category that belongs to Three brothers. One brother died when his son is a minor. The other two brothers sold the land to a real estate person without the first brother family consent. So first brother son now attained 18 years and filed a case. The case is running now. In future after the verdict (+ve or -ve) what will be my position.
1.Whether 2 brothers give money to First brother family (or)
2.First brother family grabs our plot (or)
3.As Houses are built whether Court orders us to give land value to First brother family
