Dear Experts, my Livelihood was dependent upon the Insurance Agency of SBI Life Insurance Company. But the company has terminated my agency without issuing show cause notice and IRDA has blacklisted my name in website. As a result, all other insurers have barred me to appoint insurance agent.
Can I name SBI life and IRDA as respondent in Writ Petition in High Court Delhi.

Some one becomes president of a charitable body by a fabricated resolution with most of the signatures being forged ones. What is the legal implication? Whether acts of such person vis-a-vis the charitable body are valid? Please advise.

My mother is general caste...And second wife of my father who is sc. In a judgment of district court...The court cancelled an agriculture land issued to my mother by sc citing that her caste certificate of sc is of bihar and that caste is general here.that matter was running in high court...Since my mother had negotiation with other party...We withdrew the appeal.
Now my mother who bought agriculture land from another sc via registry in 1983 filed a case to nullify the registry and want land as the lower court verdict says my mother is general here.we have a house built on that. Kindly guide.does limitation help?

I am Naga Nithesh s/o late Ramesh. My father married my mother as his first wife is issueless and she expired (1st). My father married my mother when his 1st wife is alive. Even my expired now. My 1st mother as I call her got some ancestral property through court partition (as her brother denied to give peoperty) . But her brother got stay on titles as well as filed a case that my dad and I are not legal heirs and property goes back to him as it is ancestral property. My dad after expiry of my 1st mother impleded in the case and start fighting and expired 3 months back. I am a legal heir to them can I claim the property?

In the year 2008 , personal took for 150000 and repayment made til 14 months , after that I am not able pay due to no job. Now also I am earning to run family not that much.
Now some people called to my neighborhood and told I have defaulted for bank and took my details. Also told ask me call back them else they will file police case. They also called my father and use in professional language since he don't have smart phone not able to record voice.
My father asked why u called our neighborhood, then they replied.i have rights to call anybody, if ur son is not paying then will send police to ur home and make him arrested. They are here and there threatening..
When the time of loan taken I gave undated, blank cheques, by showing that they are threatening. Please advise how to proceed further. I am end with no money.

Sir mene ek person ko one cheque diya tha sign karke jisme mene koi bhi amount nahi fill kiya mene cheque 2009 me diya usne 2014 me usi cheque ko fill kiya 150000 ka cheque return ho gya kyuki ac close ho gya tha 2010 me abi mujhpe court ne 200000 a jurmana laga diya me kese prove k mene �sife 22000 liya ab me kese prove kru sir bataye

Sir I am Naga Nithesh from hyderabad my dad who recently expired had two wives my mother is second wife . My dad's first wife have some property obtained by partition according to law (as her brothers denied to give property) am I eligible as a legal heir

i have filed a civil suit for PPI, alongwith interim application in which court restrained the defendants from raising any sort of construction on suit land. in my plaint i alleged that the defendants are trying to raise construction on suit land by digging foundation. during pendency of suit the defendants constructed the shops on the suit land in violation of interim order, i filed contempt proceedings, now the court has framed issue issue No.5 as "Whether the defendants are trying to raise forceful construction by digging foundation of plinth over the suit land"
. Now my query is that, what should i do, whether i should go for amendment of plaint or adduce evidences on without amendment of plaint or issue, please guide me in detail

We are doing data entry of Tds return clients come every quarter and we as per their data provided do the data entry and after completion send to client to chk correctness and than file we have charge to client per entry As per act client responsibility to file the return they signed the statement and return will be filled . We have registered with gst dept as data operator and we charge according to that. We have no formal or written agreement with client. Kindly guide us that some time client accused us 1) no tax consultancy provided regarding income tax 2) we have not inform them about last dates. 3). Return was delayed due to us. Etc etc. we clearly Told the client we are not your tax consultants we are data entry provider and charge per entry as per bill. Our firm is also not professional one. How we save from these accusations legally just to add we have a disclaimer in our bill regarding the same
