respected all seniors, i am confused with one quary i.e one person wants to register his WILL. (there is no doubt that, registration of WILL is optional), still one person wants to register his will. he resides in dombivali. but due to some difficulties he does not want to register his will in Dombivali Sub-registrar. he want to register his will in THANE. dombivali and thane both places comes in thane district only. but still he wants to register WILL at thane. so my question is whether a person can register his will anywhere (in any sub-registration office) where his resident is situate. OR he will compulsory register his will in dombivali area.

Partnership firm buys tenancy property in name of firm. After 25/ 30 years one partner wishes to retire. The tenancy property value does not appear on balance sheet of firm. Can the retiring partner claim his share of tenancy at the current increased value or is he entitled to only his capital appearing in books of account of the firm, which does not correctly represent the true value of the tenancy.

Were can we file a case against a builder/Developer who has not given our redevelopment house in Mumbai under sra scheme since 2008. I had my residence in Mumbai and 2006 it was taken for redevelopment by the builder. An agreement was signed in May 2006.the building is up in 2008, but we were not allotted any room was informed by the builder that the other wing will constructed and will be allotted rooms later which till date has not happened and rent was started in 2008 for Rs. 2000,which later discontinued in 2015 saying there is no enough prove now and the agreement is now null and void.
We had send a legal notice through our lawyer on June 2017, which he responded saying he will work out something. But now again the laywer and builder has denied our case.
Please help what and which court will take action against this matter.
I am a resident of a society for the last 24 years in Chennai , Tamil nadu and recently upon checking the http://www.tnreginet.net website i was shocked to see that our society failed to file the returns to the registrar of co-operative society for the last 15 years because of which the society is unregistered as on date,
The current president of our society is still quoting the registration number and collecting maintenance as well from we members.
What action can we take against the current committee members as they have kept the entire 58 flats in dark with reference to the registration of the society ?
dear sir i am on defendents side. the plaintiff has subitted a forged will deed in court . is there any bar or can i proceed to file a criminal compliant ? please guide
