My mother in law filed case 138/142 against my wife by check bounced,Is court can give stay on her FDR

Dear Expert,
One of my cousin had filed partition suit against me which was dismissed due to non-prosecution which has passed 90days already. Now I approached police station to help me vacate his current position in my property, he informed police that he'll take it to high court.
Please suggest me what can be done further?
Can Police help me vacate him with the help of Dismissal order?
Please suggest me, looking forward for the help.

Respected Sir / Madam,
I have got agriculture land in Nasik District.
In the said land the person has encroached the big area.
Also he has illegally constructed the toilet and grabbed the toilet subsidy from Grampanchyat. I have got all the solid proofs.
I am owner of the said agriculture land.
Can I file the FIR & criminal trespass under Section 441 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), 1860 & land grabbing offenses.
Kindly suggest the legal remedy and short cut way to get it back immediately.

name-subramani,,,subramani having mother age 76,,,subramani father dead/ --subramani having youger sister alive subramani entered sale agreement of his land in 19/7/2013.land was in his fathers name,, by mentioning one third in sale agreement. subramani dead on-28/11/2013. sale agreement reflect in EC. how to canel it .
SALE AGREEMENT CONDITION- TIME LIMIT-2 YEARS,,TOTAL VALUE-2 LAKHS,,ADVANCE AMOUNT-1.5 LAKH,, SALE AGREEMENT WITHOUT POSITION.

What is the period of limitation in case loan is given orally and recovery suit is filed?!
Will it count from the date of loan given or not.

To file a money suit for 30 crores at madras high court, what will be the court fee I have to pay and other expenses. If I pay shall I get the attachment against the immovable properties (title deeds) with me. The dues payable since 2014. On 15.03.2015, he acknowledged the payment vide a letter of undertaking and agreed to settle with 1.5% interest per month on monthly rests. After that a Part payment of 1.6 crores paid by RTGS transfer from his account to my account on 15/04/2015. After that simply dragging. Please inform what is the limitation period and before which date I shall file money suit. He gave two undated Cheques with covering letter leaving Cheque date place and separately signed there. Can I fill the date and deposit the Cheque and initiate 138 proceedings. If there is any short way through legal means, kindly inform me. Thanks

We have a civil suit going on in local court. We r defendants. In yesterday's verdict judge said
"Application for production of documents disposed." can u tell what does it mean. We have asked about the production of proofs but neither petitioner not his lawyer is appearing regularly.please confirm this terms meaning

Dear, I was using tikona internet.Tikona Service ID No 1118582970 At start provided me service but with minor interruptions. From May, June their internet services was very poor. Need to complain, But from 9 June, 17 the case was very worst that I was not able to use internet. I complained many times. Lot of follow ups taken through mails and on phone. But very poor response. Daily they called me asking same questions and saying engineer will come for the solution. Nobody comes. So again I need to take follow-ups for the same but when I calls them they says that we cannot send engineer to your as it�s a cable operator area. From 6 June, 17 my internet was not working properly As policy is they took advance payments. So for the issue I denied to do payment. But I have taken everyday follow up ask them to solve the issue. But they never solved the issue and daily called me for the money and bill payment. They badly harassed me on phone saying they will come to home or will do legal action and police complaint. My question is if Tikona is not able to provide service in my area they why they gave service to me. And if I was not able to use internet as per the commitment then why they asks me for bill payment. On 06.01.2018 I got legal letter from tikona for bill payment. I called them so they have blocked my number. Also they are asking for Modem. I don�t have any modem I have my own wifi router bought at the time of installation by paying money. From June Tikona have not provided me internet service & js a wire & asking for bills and harassing me in bad way. And they are asking for late fees and fine. Then what about my mobile bills for reporting the issue. Earlier all bills were clear no issue.If tikona is not able to provide service is Tikona�s fault. But for their fault Tikona is harassing me without my fault.
Plz tell Tikona have filed a case in Civil court what to do. I have all mails and recordings for issue.

Regarding OBC creamy/non creamy layer
Dear sir,
I am an unmarried 26 Years male and belong to an OBC caste from Rajasthan. My father has inherited certain tract of land on which I constructed a showroom for rental purposes. So through the same we are receiving around 8.5 lacs per annum as the total income from the rent through the showrooms. So now my question is that would this income be treated exclusively my fathers income for OBC matters? Or would this be treated as a shared income between both me and my father as is the case in the coparcenary according to the Hindu family law. And hence the purpose of this query is to know that whether I fall below the 8 lacs/annum ceiling of creamy layer or not.
