I filed an ejectment suit against my tenant on ground on defaulting in paying rent, alternate accommodation, reasonable requirement and unauthorized construction and alternation of suit premises. I got exparte decree and put it ito execution. After execution with the help of police and court officials the judgement debtor entered into the dectreetal premises forcefully with the help of local hooligans. one of the judgement debtor also filed a Misc. Case and said that they had no knowledge about the enactment suit. Now the petitioner of the misc case made us as defendent and their brother (who received the summons) and married sistes made proforma defendant. At present the proceedings is "S/R A/d of the proforma defendant" . In this way the petitioner of the misc case is wasting time. Though it is the duty of the court to serve summons, generally advocates send the summons at their own cost in the name of the leaned court. Now I want to know can I ask the court to allow us to serve the same at our own cost?

Respected sirs,
I have contract with builder to buy one flat in their project.
the contract is stage by stage i have to pay the amount to the builder.
i got a finacial support from HDFC bank, the bank release the amount stage by stage of completion of work.
atlast stage the HDFC paid final installment rs 51 lakhs. after getting the payment. the builder demanding 2.5 laksh for the late payment, i send mails to them that i did not made any late payment, but they are not considering my words they are insisting and forcing me to pay the 2.5 laks then only they give the flat key and possession.
now i am in a critical condidtion so i am requesting your help and guidance pls

there is a 2 situation to me
first one is , i have to pay the said demanded amount and get the key and possession of the flat, after getting the key , i have to file a consumer complaint case against the builder for unfair trade practice in consumer court.
Second one , at this stage without paying the demand amount, file a consumer complaint before the consumer court to hand over the keys and possession , (if i choose this way till the case complete i cannot get my flat keys and possession).
from the two situations above, which one i have to select first one or second one kindly tel your views and guide me in this regard
i am looking your guidance here
One more request
from the starting i and the builder were sending and receiving emails for communication
is it email communications are valid evidance in court of law kindly clarify

Hello everyone, I am the respondent no. 4 in a second appeal filed against me and I don't want to make lawyer and I want to appear in person for the same in court. What's the procedure for appearance in high court in person?
Do we have to submit any application for the same?
Do we need to give our statement in written to the court or we have to give it in oral when asked by judge for the same?

Can i reopen of my deceased brothers case with the help of my mother in which the judgement of the case was in brothers favor, the judgement was my brother has to deposit 2lakhs rupees in court to register the land which he purchased but my brother expired just after the judgement and the judgement came ten years before

As per section 39 of Insurance act amendment in 2015
"(8) Subject as aforesaid, where the nominee, or if there are more nominees than one, a nominee or nominees, to whom sub-section (7) applies, die after the person whose life is insured but before the amount secured by the policy is paid, the amount secured by the policy, or so much of the amount secured by the policy as represents the share of the nominee or nominees so dying (as the case may be), shall be payable to the heirs or legal representatives of the nominee or nominees or the holder of a succession certificate, as the case may be, and they shall be beneficially entitled to such amount."
Is it required to produce the Policy holders Succession Certificate or Nominees succession certificate as per the above clause?

Brief history of case:
Property bought in 2010
Case filed by Plaintiff in 2012 for 31 sites in a layout
Court issued notice to appear on 06-09-2012
But the documents dispatched on 08-09-2012
Documents received by 10-09-2012
Few of us submitted written statement and vakalat in court later
Later I was re-located to another city from Bangalore by 2013
Now my name appears in ex-parte list when I attended the court hearings last week through another lawyer
What to do next?
Please let me know the procedures.

Dear sir
I want a suggestion and help regarding to my job actually I apply for a job in a pvt company whom ask for me a police verification but I have a criminal record previous 3 year which was other station I was not involved but my name is there charge sheet not on my name case is regarding a fraud on section 420 and 471 where I was convicted with other people now I m on bail so what should I do for it have to mention in verification form or not it can be seem problem for verification

Last 3 month i was in my fathers home with my 1.2 yrs female baby, due to illness. My husband come 2 days and make quarl and torture, after few days he send a money order of rs 2000, i was not recvd that., on 21st jan i reach my husband house, and take few cloths and my father given ornament.my husband call a advocate and pressure me, to take this things you have to write in paper "i am willingly taken this things.i have written this and my sister, brother and my brother in law and husband sign this.
