Max. amount to be paid in 24 HMA

Plz. tell me the max. amount which can be granted to the petitioner, as if I have displayed my salary is Rs. 4000/- per month.

I lended money to a person for 2rs interst per month. He has not paid money.
We have written on bond paper about principle amount and interst rates.

Now is not paying money back.

if i go to court now, they may take 2 or more years to process the case.

my question is, for this two years also, i can get interst amount on the principle amount?

Training Bond

Good Afternoon,

I have just completed my Executive MBA and have been selected in MNC.

They have asked me to undergo a 2 year bond.

I have 2 queries-

a. First they have not yet given me appointment letter. So if I sign the bond, does the bond be relevant even without signing the appointment letter?

b. Second, they have just given me 21 days class room training and the bond amount is 1 lakh. Will it be justifiable in Court?

Please reply as I am looking for a better option eleswhere but right now cant say no to them as I dont have much options.

I might get an offer in some good MNC after 1 month but right now can't take the risk of leaving the current job.

Is this bond legal? If I break the bond, do I have to pay the money? The current employer is pressurizing me to sign the bond ASAP without giving me the appointment letter.

Rehabilitation Land

Pharma city took land from "A" and Govt granted land in another place and also gave Rehabilitation Card for employment, "A" also got employment in Pharma city company.

In that above land due to financial problem "A" could not construct the house and kept as vacant, in that local area another lady occupied and created forged Patta on behalf, "A" gave a police complaint against her, but police also abused her for creating forged patta, but no action was taken against her, and also she is starting constructions in that occupied land, now "A" have no financial sources to fight with that lady, one elder came on behalf of "A" for financial support and advised to file a case in court.

My query is land is granted by Government i.e, Mandal Revenue Officer,

(1} May i file a case for injuction in local civil court or before Revenue Divisional Officer or in which court should i file a case

(2) Injunction or stay the construction which case shall i file

Please give advise what should i do and also restraining the respondent not to enter into that land and stop the construction, i am waiting for your valuable replies sir

Appeal in civil Suit pending before High Court. False Criminal complaint filed by Appallents.Now on false complaint FIR is pending before magistrate court .Respondent filed a CRLOP for police protection.But CRL OP dismissed due to pending of civil case.What is the remedy for poor respondent who is threatening by police and appallents?

Letter of Authority

Respescted Sir,

Since last 2 months, there were some differences is going on between me and one company officials over the matter of payment of money to me. Matter has not given a legal shape till now. Suddenly, a day befor yesterday, I have received one letter by courier, which is from one Advocate asking me to close the matter with the said company or face some action. Sir, how can I know that this person is an advocate or legal repersentative of the said company. Can I ask for a letter of Authority from the Advocate which the said company has given to the him. Can the said company is bound by all the communications of Advocate.Please advise me on the matter.
