plz tell me what are the powers of the state pollution control board in regarding the factory which is making noise , land , water , air pollution in a silence zone i.e located in 100 metres of a govt. school.

powers of police in regard of noise pullution

sir
i had complaind to my local police station regarding a noise polluting factory in my locality.
but they refused to take any action regarding this and said that they were powerless in this matter.
we cannot do any thing" was the reply of the s. h. o of police station.
plz tell me to what extent is the local police is empowered in this regard.
we are in much trouble due to this noise pollution of the factory.

I am a resident of 1012 ram nagar near dav school jagadhri workshop yamuna nagar haryana 135002

i want to discuss with all of you that in my locality a person has opened a factory where he runs all kinds of heavy machinery and runs an huge electric generator.



our houses and his factory fall in silence zone as per noise pollution rules 2000 as we are just 20 meters away form a government school. his work and noise causes a lot of noise and discomfort to all the neighbors.

plz guide me how to get rid of this menace.

X gave a register GPA Agr.Land to his daughter Y in the year 1990 later inthe year 1999 X passed away in the year 2002 Y sold awy the property to Z through Agreement of sale cum GPA to Z.Now some third parties are disturbing the Z he filed injunction suit this has come to the notice to the son of the X now he want to implead in the suit please help me mail any citations in this context.

karnataka court fees suit valuation and rules

what is the court fees i will have to pay to file a suit to cancel the "release deed" obtained from me fruadulently. i have paid Rs 25/- AS COURT FEE AS PER sec 24[d] of karnataka court fees @suits valuation act . I am not asking for pocession of the property,please let me know the actual court fees to be paid.
