right to advocating self

I want to know that whether a simple graduate person (i.e. not an advocate) can file Civil Writ Petition before High Court of a State for himself?, without taking help of an Advocate? I want to know this because fees of Advocates have risen so much that a poor educated person is about unable to get justice through Advocates. Advocates them selves should also think about this,in fact Advocate is most greedy class nowadays !

House construction- set back violation

Hi experts,
the resident(just backside of the proposed house building) objected the construction in violation of the set backarea to the extent of 1.50' west, 1.50' east & 0.50'north of the building. the learned judge in the Trial court, ordered the demolition of the portion in violation of the set back area. the building is demolished keeping the foundation which is 3' high from the ground level.
the owner of the site, transferred a portion of the site to his son by gift deed, who started construction of the building, obtaining the fresh licence & plan in his name, on the same foundation but according to the approved plan and leaving proper set back area as per plan. The court, on an appeal by the decree holder that foundation was not removed, ordered the complete removal ofall the construction to the ground level as per earlier decree. was it,then, necessary to remove the foundation also,as arguing by the decree holder? if revison petition is filed, will the housebuilder get remedy?

Objection against sale deed

Hi, I have purchased a 2 Eker agricultural land in the name of my wife by a sale deed of Rs. 1 Lakh, This land was given as whole life maintenance for her and we agreed to seperate on this, by filing mutual HMP in district court. I have paid the half of the land cost i.e. 1 LAKH and rest half to pay after the the separation.

After the Sale deed of the land in her name she refused to file the mutual HMP, and hence I have not paid the remaining Rs. 1 LAKH. At the time of making sale deed i have taken in writing from her on the bond of 100 Rs. That she will never sale , transfer or take any loan against the property. Now she has sold the property to back to seller by another sale deed and not taken my permission.

I would like to know if I can file a civil suite againt her / the buyer ?

notice

Dear Sirs,

I had entered into an agreement for the purchase of a piece of land with another person and paid him an advance of Rs.ten lakhs. But when he did not get the plot registered in my name in spite of me being ready to pay the balance, I sent him a notice for performance of his part of the contract. Now, if instead of filing a specific performance suit, i file a money recovery suit, do i need to send a fresh notice. Please let me know.

Thanks.
