Dear sir,
I filed E.Ps against the JDrs basing on the Sole Arbitration Award (in finance institution matters). I got evidence that JDr maintaing his family by doing transport business, but the goods vehicles are in the name of his wife.
My question are
1) shall i produced sufficient evidence for getting arrest order. If not, please advise me.
2) I filed Revenue records that JDr is having landed property. Now i came to know that he soldout the property during the pendency of the E.P. In this situation shall i get arrest order or not. If not, please advise me.
I request you to suggest some decessions which support my case.

To the question posted on 7th reg EXTENDING TIME OR SQUASH PROCEEDINGS INCOMPROMISE CASE.
Sir the civil court has referred it to lok adalat.
lok adalat has in turn rejected the plea on the condition that it is barred because of amendenment in the laws where compromise is not possible in IPC 324 cases from Jan 2010 so reverting it to the ACJ court.
The petitioners are ready to settle the issue.
My Aunt is Defendant and owner.
Pl suggest where and ;under shwt sec i should approach the appropriate forum for redressal and squashing the limitation under the new law barring compromise in IPC 324 cases.
Urgent Sir.
