Hi
I am from chennai .
My father died during november 2008 . His death was a sudden one.
I have 2 sisters and one brother .
i am the son of first wife and others are for second wife . second wife was my mother's sister.
i am in chennai working for a private company where as others are in my native place (300 kms from chennai in tamil nadu) .
As i am in chennai , my brother took over the land and other property for maintenance from nov-2008 .
during these period , he did not give me or my step mother any money or share from the earnings from the propery .
When we asked him , he gives some false account , saying that he has spend the amount on maintennace of the building , land etc ..
recently i got the "vaarisu" cetrificate from the dasildar for my step mother .
my questian is as below.
1. can i file a case against my brother asking for our share including the due amounts.
2. Or can my step mother file a case against him saying that she is the "Vaarisu" for the property .
3. If i can file a case against my brother , is it possible for me to get "STAY" against the property so that the property can not be used by him till i get the justice .
Request you to provide the appropriate solution .

I have filed the O.A application before the Hon'ble CAT for denial of the appointment despite of being placed in the waiting list panel which was having in its validity period when the vacancy was created .The Hon'ble CAT has allowed the O.A by directing the respondents to consider the case of the Applicant from the date of accural of vacancy
The O.P is planning to file the writ Petition before the Divisional Bench of the High Court Agianst the order of the CAT
The Applicant was already been working on adhoc basis and the respondents had not consider his case for regular appointment
Please inform
Whether the Applicant can seek the interim relief before the High court in its reply affidavit if the respondents file the appeal application as Apellants?
Whether he needs to file the separate the Miscallneous Application for interim relief or in the reply Affidavit as being the respondent before the High court?
Or
whether separate petition before the High Court is mainatainable?

There is an entity registered as a partnership firm under the name and style of 'L. Venkatesh Contractor'. Mr. Venkatesh has signed acceptance to a confirmation for an arrangement in his personal capacity signed as L. Venkatesh, Contractor. Would the firm be liable for the acceptance or would Mr. L.Venkatesh be responsible? Mr. L.Venkatesh also has dealings with the other party. Can the other party make the firm legally liable?

My clients have preferred an appeal against a money decree before the High Court of Madras . Is it mandatory to deposit half the amount or furnish security as ordered by the court, as I find that under Order 41 Rule 1 provision has been ommitted by Madras Amendment.Kindly clarify

Respected sir,
Can a Writ Petition be filed in High Court against Forge and fabricated Order in a demarcation Suit by Circle Officer? Can I seek stay on its' operation from any civil or High Court?
Also if the order proved forged and fabricated then can I seek compensation of my suffering?
I have filed appeal in next appellate authority.

Dear Sirs,
I had entered into an agreement for purchase of land. the agreement was on a stamp paper of Rs.100/- only though the sale consideration is ten lakhs. Is it a must to get the agreement revalidated before filing a suit for specific performance? Thanks.

relating to gpa
hi sir,
i am nagendra. my mothers father purchased land of 1 acre and died without writing any will. my mother unknowingly kept signature on gpa in 1994 required by her brother, now by using that he sold entire 1 acre to others in 2009, without asking my mother about her share in her fathers property. will the sale be valid or not? will the gpa existence be valid? and now can my mother get any share of 1acre now or not?
