Applied but not issuing due to the objection mentioned by second wife son they asking us to wait and compromise in pension and benefits along with compensionate job

My father's compensionate job and pension my mother is legally wedded wife I am first daughter my father married to another lady had four children recently he passed away they are objecting for legal heir and compensionate job what is the way to claim pension benefits

We are two brothers, our father and his elder brother partitioned their ancestor property, at that time we were minor,my father had mortaged his share to his elder brother, but he forcefully took the land from mortgage to register my father's share in his name, we two brothers came to know about this only the age of 24,
Can we put a suit for minor claim,

our is a redevelop society in mumbai.builder has sold some flats after redevelopment.what is the procedure of incorporation & role of registar in incorporation.do the builder has to get some letter from registar for incorporation of new members.whose job is it to complete the formalities whether society or builder.thks

SIR I AM CA BY PROFESSION AND ALSO A LAW GRADUATE .MY UNCLE HAS FILED CIVIL SUIT MAKING MY FATHER AS DEFENDENT. I AM HOLDING A PROVISIONAL LICENCE AS A ADVOCATE BUT NOT REGISTERED IN BAR COUNCIL, WHICH WAS ALLOTED TO ME PRIOR BECOMING CA .

I had filled property related civil suit. There are 10 defendants. Notices are issued to them. 7 out of 10 received notice. Earlier it shows status as awaiting summons but now it shows status as "steps_unready". What does it mean

Family pension in electricity department chandigarh
Is divorced daughter eligible for family pension in Electricity Department (U.T.) Chandigarh?
My father who retired as Lineman from Electricity Department (U.T.) Chandigarh in July 2005 unfortunately expired on 11.03.2018. He was survived and being looked after by divorced daughter, as deceased wife pre-deceased him 2-1/2 years back. Divorced daughter has no other source of income to sustain her livelihood. Please advise in the matter.
