That the father of X is a tenant over a trust property, The TRUST had sold that property to third person without informing the father of X, At present that property is in possession of X, X had other 4 brothers.
The third person filed suit for possession and mesne profit against all the brothers.
Whether the third person entitled to file suit against all the brother (Father of X died in 2002) ?
What is the liability of other 3 brothers of X who had made parties ?
Whether the 3 brothers demanded their share in that property to X ?

we are the owners of plot, we entered in to agreement for development with developer. the said apartment was complete and flats sold. one of the flat owner is doctor who later purchased flat from other members in the same year and now is the only person having ownership of all flats. during all these years he has been modifying the building structure as per his business needs (Maternity Hospital) without informing us and paying us for the same. he has been using residential flats on ground floor of premises for commercial use like sonography center etc. now the same person is threating us for conveyence of the bldg. can a single person/member demand conveyence? what are our options in recurring the compensation from this doctor for all the modifications and commercial use of the flats?? Advice on the same is appreciated. Thanks.

hello sir, my grandmother borrowed a sum of money giving 1.30cents lands to lender as a security. after some years my grandmother repaid the whole amount but the lender didn't return the land. mean while my grandmother died. her children are three. one of them is my mother. these three people went to court by filing a suit on the lender of the money about the property. the court gave decree and handed over the property to us. but the main problem is we cant enter into the land as the lender of the money is big rowdy and threatening us to not to enter into the land. and he put the case again in next court. now we want to register the land in our names. will it be possible to register the land which was given decree in 2007 and now in another court?
