Dear Experts,
I am still not clarified with the query that for filing rejoinder before District Court whether Rejoinder application to be made along with supportive affidavit
or Rejoinder affidavit is to be made and drawn up in the first person (in which every page is attested by oath commssioner)
In High court Rejoinder affidavit is only accepted and I am not sure about the District Court where petitioner is asked to file the rejoinder only rather than Rejoinder affidavit?

i have filed a Civil Suit for possession , which was decreed on 1997,time for taking possession through execution petition is barred now , my execution petition is time barred now because 12 years have been passed , what can i do for taking possession ,is there any relief in C.P.C. or other act , help me ,

after the death of central govt employee . can widow adopt a child ( her relative ), for medical & pension benefit.she also have a adopted child before death of her husband .

if the defendant did the breach of contract but anticipatory breach due price increase of the commodity he had 2 sell,due to union budget by the govt.
provided he returned the advance money....before the decided date....
also the present date was re decided by the plaintiff by word of mouth....because of a natural calamity.....he had to renew the previous date.......
how can we save the defendant from any loss......

i have purchased a residencial house in public auction on march 2010.under DRT act "as where it is" basis.I have paid the entire amount and sale was conformed sale certicate also issued in my name.I requested the Recovery officer to handver the vaccant possession of the property,then he appointed a women adovate as commisioner and fixed 10000/- as initial remuneration balance remuneration to be paid by the bank.after 2 months she evected the unauthorised persons and hanovred the possetion, but she carged Rs.45000/-as totalremuneration.
Now the recovery officer issued a order to pay the entire amt bythe purchaser,other wise the sale will be cancelled

The neighbour used to park his vehicle on the road, thus i face difficulty in driving out/in my vehicle from my house.I requested him many times but he never pay heed to my advises.He park his car just in front of my gate.pl advise how i should go against him.

Dear Sirs/Madam,
My mother along with my younger brother was owing one property of which one shop was alloted to a person. He is not paying rent since 2003. PREVIOUSLY HE PAID RENT TO MY MOTHER WHO HAS EXPIRED. AFTER HER EXPIRY THE PROPERTY OWNED BY HER HAS BEEN TRANSFERED IN MY NAME BY VIRTUE OF HER WILL AND NOW I AM PAYING THE TAX OF THE PROPERTY IN QUESTION. NOW WHEN I ASKED THE TANENT OF THE SHOP TO PAY THE RENT OF THE SHOP HE IS NOT PAYING. I SENT HIM MANY REMINDERS TO PAY THE RENT IN WRITING ALONG WITH PROOF OF MY LANDLORDSHIP HE IS NOT REPLYING. HE TAKES THE REGISTERED LETTERS BUT NEVER REPLIES. WHAT SHOULD I DO KINDLY ADVISE.

Whether under RTI act one person can get the copy of others service record? if yes what is the procedure. the person whose record is asked is a court employee.

In this suit the plaintiff not stated a notice received from the defendants advocate and the same was replied
by the plaintiff.
Whether the main suit can be amended?.
If yes whether the amendment should take affect before hearing of interim Application for Injunction or after?
