Pls provide me recent case laws regarding attchment on provident fund in execution of decree. [u/s 60 (k)]

There is no law for attachment of PF in execution of a decree. Section 10 of EPF Act specifically exempt the PFfrom attachment in execution of a decree

PF is immune to attachment. However, the amount can be attached once it reaches the holder's bank.
