Hi,
I myself used to practice as a lawyer, but due to brain haemorrhage around 10Years ago, I am sitting at home. My father died in year 2005, since now we didn't divided our shares, but yes all of our names are registered in property(home).Now as I have only girl child, I want to name all property to my adult girl child, but all are my brothers do not want to give me my shares as they think if I die they will occupy everything.
I am more than 60% disabled, now I am not in a condition to run here and there. Could you all please guide me what should I do?

In the above legal battle against my father's first cousin, the high court has rejected our plea to question or add another additional witness as the only alive witness has refused to identify or rather said he's not sure who's signed the will (Inc this case my father's uncle who's written the will in my father's name). Does that mean that the court will declare the will, which is a registered one invalid.
Incase the order comes against us, that's is the will is declared invalid, will there be any hope appealing to the high court against the order , . And as the will was in my father's name he's built a HSE on it, will they have to vacate the HSE and lose IV the money spent on it.
Experts pls help, we r having the orginal registered will document any yet but able to prove the authenticity Just coz the witness turned hostile
Secondly what r the precautions to be taken while making a will so that it's foolproof.. Coz we r having a tough time even though the orginal document with us and on the verge of losing our hse

Sir Plaintiff land lord has filled eviction suit against one Mr. ganesh babu jain. defendant tennat has filled written statement through power of attorney (Mr. Shankar K Jain) of ganesh Jain and Babu jain and taken stand that there is no person like ganesh Babu Jain and ganesh jain and babu jain are two different person. intially plaintiff has objected for recording evidence of ganesh jain and babu jain as they are not party however subsequently court has alowed them to lead evidence in the matter and ultimately the suit was decreed against mr. Ganesh Babu jain, mr. Ganesh Jain, Mr. babu jain and Mr. Shankar jain.
We have taken the stand in appeal that court has gone beyond pleading as the Plaintiff has never amended Plaint and joined the said parties and never sought eviction of Ganesh Jain, Babu Jain or their power attorney mr. Shankar jain so decree passed against them is nulity. Am I right ? Please advice me.

one of the employees krish of my friends company circulated defamatory statements about a previous employee ram to companys customers now can ram sue the company for defamation or sue krish alone

an employee in my company ritu gave her car benz to the reapir . when the repair shop owner has to deliver he gave to unlicensed driver . while he was driving he caused injuries to a third person . now repair shop owner has to compensate the car owner as well as third person but it is also insured can the insurance be made liable to compensate the injured does the car owner ritu need to pay to insurance co or ritu is not liable or is there " no fault liabilty " on ritu or is insurance company has to compensate the injured only on his death or is no fault liability on death or or also injuries or can ins co recover from ritu

my friend is an officer . she was suspended as there was complaint given by a person that she took bribe. inquiry departmental inquiry proved that my friend took bribe . she lost her salary for 4 years but supreme court gave a clean chit and reinstated now can my friend sue the complaintant and the inquiry officer .

my friend gave a fidelity guarantee to mr john the employer of ms rose that ms rose would be honest . now my aunt wants to revoke . our friend is a lawyer and she says fidelity contract is single and indivisible not continuing guarantee as it does not pertain to separate distinct transactions . can my aunt revoke her guarantee while rose still is working in company

my friend is an advocate. she argued a case in a trial court. judment is obtained. now the client is refusing to pay her professional fees. she was not paid any amt from beginning. how can she claim her fees back . can she withhold certified copy of judgment or proceed legally

my friends marriage is to done on monday the entire task is given to event manager he gave it to star grand hotel . the hotel is charging rs 5000 per head food . at the end of marriage can the event manager or my friend claim back all the remaining foodprepared for marriage that was left after marriage

examination of witness through commissioner
dear sir defendent witness has applied for examination by advocate commissioner. in cross examination of witness plantiff advocate has not confronted chief examination affidavit and commissioner was silent and cross has started with out confronting chief hence witness disowned contents of chief but upon cross told the same contents of chief .is there bar that only original chief examination copy only confronted or photo copy of the same cannot be confronted to witness. how to safeguard evidence collected. can we file objections to commissioner report
