my great-grandfather borrowed Rs. 2000/ from private lenders on by an un possession(not handover) mortgage in the year 1932 for an extent of Acres 200.In the year 1934 my great grandfather passed away. The creditors filed o.s in district court in 1941 and then got decree from the court on their favor. My great-grandfather's father cleared the decree debt and the creditors handover the landed property to some external person. And Transferred the property through a registered document as declaring in that document that they have received the cash of the decree debt.Further the property distributed to many others.
Now,i am being the 4th generation of the property.May I claim the property in highcourt and the property is still undivided from the last 3 generations.I want proper guidance regards the matter for to proceed further in the high court.
Ours is a society of Apartments owners welfare society in Tamilnadu. Despite notices the registration was renewed for more than years.Only 17 out of 177 members attended the an EGM and vacant Posts of president,Secretary, treasurer and an EC member were said to have been elected unanimously.. The rest members are afraid of this group.
Now we want to the society registrar or govt yo intervene and conduct proper general body..How can we make it happen.?
Can a petition to Inspector General of registration help?
Please advise

Dear Sir,
we have filed the commercial civil suit before the commercial court of Delhi ,brief facts of the matter is both the party's entered in to an agreement and as per the terms respondent needs to take agreed fix quantity of goods from the plaintiff but he never did the same and always given false assurance for the same and due to negligence of the respondent side plaintiff faced huge loss and plaintiff filed the suit to recover his remaining goods damages(which is not taken by respondent as per the terms) now commercial court raised the query that whether this nature of the suit comes under the jurisdiction of commercial court or city civil court ? please suggest me citation for the same.
